“Open on Sunday’s. Great speedy service. HALF THE PRICE of all other tire stores around. Our family recently experienced a flat tire on I-55, out in the middle of nowhere. We called all tire stores within in a 50-mile radius and most were either closed or told us there would be a four hour+ wait. We called the Walmart Auto Center and not only did they have the tire we needed in stock, but they were able to start working on our vehicle as soon as we arrived. Final price was about half of what was quoted by the other stores. We were so pleased with their service and help to get us back on the road!”

“Shawn. MIKE and Nick helped me today. I'm sorry but this place is amazing. This place is always relatively busy. However, when I went today they were able to take me right away! They were so kind, took my tire pressure, asked about my tires in general, asked about my wipers, and gave me an oil change as well as an air filter. They don't try and sell you anything you do not need, and they physically show you things. Like they pulled my air filter out and compared it to a new one. If I didn't see the actual filter I would have declined purchasing a new one. I got a new one. They checked all of my fluids, my battery, and under my car for any leaks. My car is in much better condition then I thought. Knock on wood.I'm glad I found a place that is reliable and actually helps. As opposed to getting money off of you and scamming you.MAD RESPECT”

“I didn't plan on going there yesterday but turns out I left my lights on in my car while my husband went in to fill water jugs. It had just started snowing and I was in the car with my 3 year old toddler and 3 month old baby. They tried to jump my car and it wasn't working, I had both kids going nuts, both myself and my husband had just come off 12 hour shifts and hadn't slept. The guy who was helping us out ended up having to use his car to jump ours after trying 2 other jump starters. Seriously it was a HUGE help and cannot express how grateful we were to have their help.”

“Jennifer was extremely helpful. Stopped in for 2 tires because I was told by a different facility they were necessary. Turns out they weren't, and instead of going through with the sale, she informed me they weren't needed. Definitely will be back for her honesty alone.”
“Got a great price online for a 4 wheel price on tires. So I went to the auto center in Shorewood illinois rt 59. Checking in and pricing explained well. The auto center has a texting status updated me when service started, when it began, and when it was finished so I did my grocery shopping while waiting. They said about an hour to hour and 15 minutes. It was exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes, and I was done shopping. I payed for my purchase it was actually less then they estimated. I double checked to see if I was charged for everything. I got the Road hazard, etc. It was there, but I looked at my mom, and I think you are supposed to come back after so many miles and have the lug nuts rechecked to make sure everything is tight. But I couldn't mind any help. The guy that checked me out. Went in the office and closed the door. My only problem with the purchase. Also I learned something new. When you buy new tires they don't come with valve stem covers. You think they would, but I guess only if they do valve stem service???”
