I gave an 8 bcuz I have to drive a little farther, they need a store in the joliet area but am a satisfied customer. Gave a 10 bcuz they have what petco doesn't have.

I had to exchange our pet food because it was damaged. I was concerned about the process of auto-replenish orders. The store did not have the same size bag in stock, but they gave of the per pound price of what we purchased. I am very pleased with the customer service provided. Great job!
