Customer service in locating a item I want ed is the main reason why I drove from Shorewood to the Great customer service in New Lenox! Not only did they have the correct item, they also put it up front with my name on it for me ! I'll spend the extra time driving to New Lenox the next time and not waste my time at the Shorewood Petco !

I gave an 8 bcuz I have to drive a little farther, they need a store in the joliet area but am a satisfied customer. Gave a 10 bcuz they have what petco doesn't have.

Horrible experience with the groomers. When I walked it in it reeked of feces and was extremely unclean and unkept. The appointment I got a confirmation call and they asked for the rabies proof and on the phone. I told them that I was getting it right before my appointment that day at pet vet she failed to mention you can’t schedule it the same day and the teenagers working the desk made it a big deal and wouldn’t take my dog for grooming. I’ve done this every time I’ve gotten them groomed and it was a huge inconvenience for no reason my dog doesn’t have reactions to her being rabies shot. I’d avoid this place since they fail to do their job in the first place if they would have told me on the phone I could have scheduled it a different day

Very rude people working here, they also want you to provide a picture of your pond or fish tank to buy a fish?
Bad attitude from an employee called John and supervisor called Donna she just turned around and left without finishing the conversation this kind of employees should be fired immediately .
I am going to write a letter of complaint to the corporate office, i encourage everyone to do the same if they will see same attitude from them.

I had to exchange our pet food because it was damaged. I was concerned about the process of auto-replenish orders. The store did not have the same size bag in stock, but they gave of the per pound price of what we purchased. I am very pleased with the customer service provided. Great job!

Employee’s let a 9 month pregnant woman load a 50lb bag of dog food solo, after refusing to help. To be fair, he probably had a difficult time understanding, being as “medicated” as possible. I guess common courtesy is not present at Petco. Thankfully a kind gentlemen came to help in the parking lot. We will be taking all future business elsewhere- where customer service is more important.

Last week I spent almost $300 and no coupons,savings, rewards were available. They only offer online deals. I find this wrong. You have people coming in spending there entire pay check to not even get some give from the store . I NO LONGER WILL BE SHOPPING AT ANY PETCO.

Dr. Otto and his staff were absolutely excellent when we brought our 6 year old kitty Loki in for vomiting and not eating or drinking for days. We could not afford hundreds of dollars worth of vet services and Dr. Otto was excellent at explaining prices and what he felt the issue was. After some fluids and anti nausea our kitty is totally back to normal. Thank you Dr. Otto and staff for helping us save our kitty.

Started charging .10 for bags even after spending $170 if products this company cannot give you a free plastic bag with it probably won’t be going back and just ordering from chewy from now on which they include a box for free
