I grew up with dogs. I grew up to love all animals, and wanted a cat. I finally got a kitten named Garfield. My first trip to Petco in years was so fun, and a few members of the team made my experience even better. Cody helped pick out some things for garfield and had an awesome recommendation about a toy that my kitten absolutely adores. It's his favorite. He even took the time to explain to me everything I need to know about bringing home a cat. He was genuine, and I really trusted him which means a lot because my baby is family. He went out of his way om several occasions to make sure I was doing okay. I know he said he's usually the dog trainer, but definitely love this guy. Becca was the other one who helped me out and she had such a great and fun attitude. She even educated me on cats and let me know that she's always happy to help. She helped me sign up for the Petco perks which is a bonus because I tend to spoil my animals. I love that this place made me feel so comfortable. I thought I was going to adopt in a week, as opposed to taking one day. They made a rushed situation more comforting. I highly recommend this place. I love Cody and Becca.

*** sucks to write this on petco the stores page but** my problem is with the online customer service for petco**Petco store are pretty great, but the online store and customer service are terrible!!! I have been on the phone for hours with customer service. I had 2 of them lie to me named Justine and Tasha (said she was supervisor). First, Justine tried to convince me that I could return prescription medicine for my dogs to the store. I know that's not true, called petco and vetco, and the answer is no. Called customer service back and asked for supervisor. Tasha then is trying to resolve my problem, and she was supposed to call me back. Guess what??!! No call came! So, I call back, and no one is available. I honestly can't believe this. I had one small problem with the size of dog clothes with chewy and it took 2 seconds. I received a refund, they let me keep clothes, and gave me a coupon!! Petco needs to get it together before you guys have no customers left. I will continue to call until my issue is fixed. Ugh, waste of time!!!!!

From the time the appointment was made with Jeff, to meeting Reagan to go through all that was needed, to working with Dr. Strickland, and wrapping up our appointment our pets were well taken care of as were we!

My experience at both Petco and Vetco were excellent. Dr.Otto and his staff provide the absolute best vet care I’ve ever had. I never feel rushed and can ask as many questions as necessary. I especially feel that Dr. Otto truly understands the relationship we have with our animals, ESPECIALLY felines. I always leave feeling a million times better than I had when I walked in. My anxiety has never failed to be alleviated after speaking with him, and my cats also seem to understand they are good hands with him!

Everyone at Vetco inside Petco is so nice and helpful. And Dr. Otto is the best veterinarian we’ve ever had the pleasure of bringing our fur baby to.

Our dog ? comes to visit the ferrets, guineas, fish, birds, and any other critters that she can watch. (Border Collie so it's in her DNA.)She goes to the groomers her and is very happy there.She also uses Vetco and is quite comfortable there with all the staff!!

I usually loved coming here, until today.We watched people come in and out so we figured they were open, we are in the store shopping multiple employees walking past us not telling us that they were still closed… This younger gentleman came up and said you know we are still closed right? we don’t open till ten. it was 9:58.He didn’t offer to take our stuff and put it up at the register until they opened he just told us to leave and come back when they opened. okay. i’ll wait to 2 minutes go back to my car and by the time i did all that it would’ve been open. maybe work on your customer skills.

I could not find a Kong dog brush. One rep walked me to where they would have been while another looked it up on the computer to show me that Petco could ship it to me. BOTH sprang to action cheerfully and immediately to assist.

The reptiles were not doing too well (hopefully there's a good warranty on them) tortoise was half off tho! Staff wouldn't let us handle a parrot and we were genuinely interested in purchasing
