“It was relieving to see staff members with body jewelry. I have many piercings and am gender non confirming and do not get treated well most places. The service was filled with warm and kindness. I was not treated like a freak when I was just trying to spend money with my family, and that happens a lot. Thank you for the great service.”
“Always friendly and knowledgeable service at this Osco Pharmacy. They have been more than accommodating for my needs if I have a question or need a medication by a certain time.
LIGHTNING FAST FILLS, too, which is a HUGE plus. I am in the process of transferring all my RXs from the shorewood Walgreens to Osco, because of the poor service and delay in getting certain meds (due to some being filled off-site) at Walgreens, which is a shame.
But I am a VERY HAPPY Osco customer and not looking back!

“I now live almost 30 minutes away from shorewood walmart pharmacy and still will make the drive, the techs/pharmacists really care about their customers and take the time to get to know them. since Brice has been there he has always been the best at taking care of me when it comes to getting meds, even today he spent a good chunk of time communicating between drs offices and my insurance to make sure my inhaler would be covered! He is always smiling and definitely making connections with people you can tell he really does love what he does - i definitely look forward to my trips! before i even go up to the counter he’ll spot me and make sure to say hi even if i’m not there for meds! :)”
“I absolutely love this pharmacy location. I had my last straw with the Walgreens we had been using and started using this pharmacy instead. Prescriptions are always ready on time, the staff is attentive, and today in particular they had my daughters prescription ready from the Minute Clinic in only 10 minutes and got me in and out for a flu shot in the same time. Will continue using this pharmacy location for sure!”

“The other day, I went to Walgreens Pharmacy to pick up my medication, but when I tried to fill my prescription, I ran into an issue with my insurance. Fortunately, Jaylon, who was working that day, went out of his way to help me. He made a call to my insurance company and worked diligently to resolve the issue on my behalf. I was really impressed by his level of care and commitment to getting everything sorted out. The staff at this Walgreens location has consistently provided excellent customer service, and I always feel well taken care of when I come here. I truly appreciate the team’s hard work and dedication. It’s always a positive experience, and I love returning to this Walgreens!”
