if i can put no stars i honestly would i had the worst experience here. the acrylic application was horrible. the nail lady couldn’t do a simple french tip so she moved me to the manager and he did it even worse and just kept making excuses saying the nail is to short, and then he painted my nails horribly in all white. do not recommend! never coming back!!!!

I brought my daughter and myself in for a mani pedi. I asked for a basic pedicure. When I received my daughter bill they charged me $35 for a pedi. I asked them if that was the kid pricing and they told me she’s 10, she’s charged as an adult. When I went home I went online and looked at their pricing and a basic pedi for a child until age 11 was $25. When I went back in for a mani I mentioned they I was over charged for my daughters pedi. The owner proceeded to tell me it was because I didn’t asked for a child’s pedi. Even though the child’s pedi is called a basic pedicure online and the adult one is called a classic. He was raising his voice to me so loud that employees were coming up front to see what was going on. There were clients in the lobby when this was all taking place. He told me he would give me $5. I said no. You will give me $10 because that’s what I was over charged..
I had to ask him to stop raising his voice to me. That I am a customer. A very loyal customer who gives you my business along with friends and family every two weeks. He laughed and told me that I should have asked for a book (that they didn’t have at that time because they ordered new ones)
My friend went and got her nails done last week and employees were asking her if I told her what happened and asked why I wasn’t there with her. She mentioned that we would not be returning There are a lot of staff members that are wonderful, but unfortunately, due to the owners ignorance, I will not continue to give the business my
Money. Very disappointed.

My first time at this salon. Got a dip. I got a very new girl, I could tell. She didn’t know how to get my previous dip off and she tore up my cuticles. She was polite though and instead of just saying something, I just won’t come back. Just wanted to leave this review for the business so maybe they could teach her a little more so she doesn’t do this to anyone else.

Not a great experience. The pedicure wasn't what I have had in the past at the same place. I wanted all the bells but that's not what I got. The polish is not good. Then my nails💅 that's a whole other thing. Then the last 3 times in they don't ask for my number for there loyalty program, and I am there every 2 to 4 weeks. Very disappointed 😞

Pedicure was rushed. Not relaxing at all. I got a no chip manicure and tried to explain to the man that I did not want to use the electric file to remove old polish. He couldn’t understand a word I was saying. I don’t think he spoke English at all. Very frustrating. Also, they are too busy in their cell phones. During both my services, they stopped to look on their phones even with their gloves on. Too much cross contamination. Customer service definitely lacking. It used to be great when they first opened. Now just trying to get people in and out quickly. No pride in the work whatsoever.

Got a no chip and the service was good. However the quality was so so. The day after it started to peel on some spots.
Update: My “no chip” manicure chipped after less than 2 days on multiple fingers.

Went there on a recommendation by friend. Manicurist very judgmental. Maybe some people just can’t afford these luxuries all the time!

My pedicure was great, he did a great job. However my nails totally different, I have had mixed reviews about going back here. The woman who did my nails, I would say she's the owner. Didn't really listen to what I said with salvaging my real nails, kept pushing no chip, when i told her it would not hold up because my real nails are brittle. I wanted an overlay.. I had to tell her to even out the length from one hand to the other, still not even. Seems like she really wasn't interested in what I was asking her to do, too busy answering the phone, checking people out, and worrying about what was going on in the salon. I asked about a hard gel or poly gel, she said they don't do that because it would have to be applied everyday... really you are a salon owner and that is completely false.

I barely get my nails done, but when I do, I got here. I got a pedicure last time and it was great. They also have a rewards program. I've gotten gel nails here as well and was very happy with the outcome for both! I've gotten multiple pedicure here!

The worse nail salon I have ever been too. Just terrible. The lady messed up my nails, asked me if I liked it and I said no. She instantly got frustrated with me. She kept saying OMG & sighing and then threw the nail file at me and told me to do it myself. I mean I really could’ve done this myself. She did take $15 off but I shouldn’t have had to pay for this unprofessional work or attitude at all.
Stay away from this place!

My mom and daughter and I went to get our Pedcure and manicure! We enjoyed ourselves! We recommend that you book your appointments with Jacky!?
