After reading the reviews, I walked in excited to think I was going to get a great pedicure, however that did not happen. I paid for the best pedicure they offer, after waiting 30 minutes for someone to come over and warm up my water the pedicure started. I had less then 7 minutes of a foot/leg massage after I read you get extra with the highest pedicure and a hot stone massage that was done with luke warm stones (which was part of the 7 minutes). Paid 80 for pedicure and 20 for the tip because I still always tip and then left. The point is I could have paid for the 30 pedicure and got almost the same service. I understand they were bust and in a definite hurry but just say you don't have time for that service right now.

Went in yesterday for the first time with my 8 year old. Upon walking in, the gentleman immediately looked annoyed when I asked for two pedicures, a dip redo, and a no chip manicure. The woman that did my daughter’s nails was so sweet to her and did a great job.
The older gentleman that did my nails however was quite the opposite. During my pedicure he ignored anything I said to him. My pedicure was the BARE minimum. And asking me at least 3 times if I wanted no chip on my toes. Three times I answered no, just regular polish. Fine.
But when we got to my dip manicure, he again looked annoyed that I already had dip
On that needed to be soaked off. After applying the dip, he proceeded to file off my cuticles with an electric filer. To which I asked him not to and jumped back twice.
The part next that really pissed me off was when he started the French manicure part of my nails I kindly started to tell him what look I was going for. Before I could even finish my sentence he waived his hand in front of me and aggressively said “I’m not finished yet!”.
I was shocked. After he was done (with the very thick French line) I calmly said, “I was trying to tell you I wanted the lines to be thin”.
He said “no they won’t look good”. I have got a thin line French MANY times and love it.
I am someone who gets her nails done every 3 weeks like clock work. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail place. Needless to say, I will not be back. I feel sorry for the rest of the workers who have to work with him if that’s the way he talks to everyone.

Whenever I go, I choose the cheapest service for pedicures, but they insist so much that I get the no-chip one, that as a customer, it embarrasses me that they insist so much. Why do they offer cheap service if they don't want to do it?
