This is the only bank from here to Oswego that doesn't charge to use their coin counter. I was calling around to multiple banks to turn my coins into cash and every place said that they were going to charge me 10%-15% for what was counted. The thing that is crazy is that there is a national coin shortage and other banks are still charging people to take their coins if you don't have an account. But not Shorewood bank and trust. I dont have an account but they were happy to help me out and everyone was friendly and the coin machine was very easy to use. Don't get charged to get cash for all the coins you saved up come here and get every penny you saved into cash

A few months ago, I opened savings and checkings accounts at this bank, and my advice is to stay away from it. If you need bank services look for a better place, don't put your money in a bank that doesn't value its customers. People that work in this bank are rude, including people in the customer service line. Every time that I needed a service, they acted discourteous and disrespectful. I ended closing my accounts here, and I would never recommend this bank to anyone.

Spoke with branch manager, she handled the situation and was able to get me my money back. That's all I can ask for...

This is a great "hometown" bank. If you are looking for a bank with employees who remember you & your family by name, this is the one for you! Karen, Cathy & their staff are awesome; very proffesional & personable. They are always available to answer any questions or help with issues. There is no overseas CSR's speaking broken english or being transferred between unaccountable employees. This truly is the true meaning of a community bank, from their community days events to touring local school & scout groups & cookies & coffee in the lobby!! They put fourth the extra effort & give every aspect the personalized touch!!

Nice people. Friendly atmosphere. We were just there to make Valentine Cards for the veterans but everyone was very kind. My son said "we should bank here". Thank you
