We rented a uhaul truck with this location with the representative named bree & the driver forgot their wallet with personal information & alot of money. When he noticed the things missing and it was after hours he called the manager Brittney ! She said just come get it the next day. The next day when they went to retrieve the things from the truck it was no longer there. We asked for the camara footage and received an hour footage with missing parts. The manager britney is the most unprofessional & rude person i have ever encountered. This women not only is always on the road and driving while supposedly working , but she never followed up with us. This women yelled & disrespected us when we questioned why there were missing parts & she hung up the phone numerous times. This women should not be a manager for uhaul or any other place of employment. We filed a police report & hopefully the truth comes to light . Britney and this office are lying thieves & should not be running this office. We will also be reaching out to the corporate office for the awful service

You can buy boxes of pretty much any size and they will buy back excess boxes
