It took a long time but we were switching from T-Mobil back to Verizon. We purchased many items and our new phones had to be downloaded.

My husband and I got a new SUV and needed help with being able to charge our phone in our car. We were treated very well. Sometime younger people aren’t as understanding of us senior citizens.

There was only one staff member available and he was attending to another customer which is understandable. We waited. After 30 mins of waiting we ended up leaving. I wish we were acknowledged and told the approximate wait time. It would have changed this experience from a negative to a positive. We are currently not Verizon customers, but we were going with intent to switch. Instead we remain AT&T.

I received the best customer care from MOE ADI. He went above and beyond to make sure my Gateway modem was completely set up before I left. He helped me with EVERYTHING! He should be in charge of training employees. He should be cloned. I had a wonderful experience at this store and will recommend it to everyone.

So I upgraded a phone here and had it delivered to the store since they always deliver it to the wrong house when they ship it to me. I walked in today to pick it up. I will activate my phone on my own so I say I have to pay taxes correct. She said yes. I pay the $88 and when I get home I look at the receipt via email and there is a $30 fee for setup and go? I paid $30 for this person to walk in the back, grab my new phone and hand it to me even when I have to pay $35 on my bill to activate it! I will never go back to this store as they are stealing money from people and lying to them.

I stopped In the store today after dropping my iPhone and not knowing how to figure out the SIM card issue. They helped me out within 5-10 mins and got my phone working again. Thank you again !!

Went in and there was only one employee in the entire store. I was told they would get to me soon and then I waited 45 minutes before just leaving and going to the Joliet store which helped me immediately. This is not a corporate store and I would just avoid it.
