My son received a text saying his medication would be ready at 10:20. I called before going because I already had issues with the same thing the week prior. They told me it would be ready at 11:45. I went back and was told my medication was still not ready. They told me to come back in 30 minutes. I came back and they told me it still wasn’t ready. That’s when I finally lost it. How dare you keep telling me to come back every 30 minutes and keep having me go back and fourth. They didn’t apologize or anything. So after going there 4 times I received my son’s medication. My son’s surgeon had called the medication the day before but Walgreens said they hadn’t received anything. The doctor sent it and after care saw that there was medication at Walgreens. Doctor had to resend it the following morning. I get my medication at Walgreens on Caton farm rd and 59. They are wonderful. Shorewood walgreen could care less about me running back and forth and just didn’t care one bit.

Went to pick up a prescription, and they were excellent other than me choosing a time when they go on break, so I had to wait 30 minutes. They should find a solution to not shutting down the pharmacy during breaks.

The only consistency with this pharmacy is their inconsistency! Their signage clearly states they will remain open during lunch and dinner, however, they shut the whole pharmacy down! They don’t bill correctly either.I always give them my step son’s secondary insurance and they don’t bill it for the remaining balance. Not to mention the techs are not customer service friendly. Considering moving 100% of my families pharmacy needs to the one on Caton Farm. Super dissatisfied!

This Walgreens pharmacy is awful. I called and asked if i could have my order ready yesterday. They said sure and they would message me when it's ready. That was around noon. Today it's still not ready. It's no longer pharmacy in under an hour or under a day.

Went here to grab some wine and cough drops. The place was empty, except for 1 customer and 1 employee. While I was looking at the cough drops, I noticed this random dude sitting in a chair by the closed pharmacy...and some weird ass noises coming from the CLOSED pharmacy area. It sounded like either someone was having sex or fighting. It was incredibly weird. I said as much to the cashier and all she did was laugh nervously. In my opinion, neither of those things should be a laughing matter in a place of business. I also mentioned that random male sitting in the back, again, a nervous laugh. Regardless of whatever the heck was going on here, it's was odd and I know I will never go there again.

If you are getting prescriptions bring a lunch, and if youre getting prescriptions via drive thru fill your tank.

I'm really tired of this pharmacy. They are under staffed which makes them seem really rude. There's only 2 staff members that are nice and hardworking who are the tall boy that has been here for a really long time and 1 of the pharmacist. Otherwise, the pharmacy take forever to get a refill. When I first started going here in 2013 this was the best pharmacy. Now everybody in Shorewood goes here and it's a circus. They need to hire more people who have good work ethic and customer service skills. It's obvious that people today feel entitled and lack work ethic

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use this pharmacy. Every prescription I tried to fill here, I had issues. I have never dealt with more incompetent staff.

The store is always clean. The customer service is excellent. Someone is always available to help. If they don't have it, they will order it (if it is available), or they'll find a store that has it. The Pharmacy is very helpful 5o if you have questions. The ladies that works the Cosmetics department is Soo sweet and helpful, she will look stuff up for you and helps out if she can. She also keeps my favorite lotion in stock❤️ Jon the pharmacist is always helpful and I noticed that he always remember's customer's and their names.
