“My brother is in town for university, and unfortunately, being 8 hours away from home, his battery on his 2017 Lexus RX350 gave out on him. From a distance, I did some research and initially found a Toyota dealership nearby, but due to past experiences, I’d rather avoid dealerships for repairs or services. After reading through their reviews and learning about their story, I knew right away this was the perfect place for my brother to take his car.
I’m a big believer in supporting smaller, family-owned businesses, especially ones that have been around for a while and built a solid reputation. I sent my brother their info and told him to book an appointment for a battery replacement. He took it in this morning, and they had him in and out with a new battery in just 30 minutes! He called me right after to tell me how great his experience was—friendly service, quick turnaround, and no hassle.

They were the only business who didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, who didn’t rush through my questions, and gave me the lowest estimate by about $300. They failed to balance and put the appropriate weights on my Jeep/tires. Thus, causing my jeep to wobble! “Thank you to AJ's Station for great service. My daughter was 4 hours into the 14 hour drive home from grad school in Iowa to North Carolina. She felt something wrong as she pulled off for fuel and found that she had zero pressure in one of the run flat tires on her car. Fortunately she stopped at a gas station close to AJ's and was able to get to their lot just before they opened. They were very helpful and quickly got her car in, brought in a replacement tire and had her back on the road within 2 hours. She made it home safely that night.
