Premium prices for inferior work. Screwed me three times, and cost me near $1000 for a relatively simple problem. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Completely regret coming to Keller Automotive. I had a few leaks in my engine's cooling system, so I took it to Keller. He listened to what I had to say, the history of the problem, and said this would be pretty cheap/easy fix, no more than $400. That $400 turned into $700, as he had to replace the thermostat in the engine, as well as the coolant level sensor. Fine. Unseen repairs happen. However, THIS DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. I drove it the same day and there were more drips than before! I found a leak on the topmost, completely exposed bypass hose, which he had missed the first time. I even showed him a picture of the leak in action. I returned to get my car back a few days later. Charged me $280 dollars for changing a few tubes and my engine belt. Mind you, I replaced my belt 18 months ago, and it was just fine. I had no problems with it, I didn't ask him to replace it and he did it anyway. I was about to drive my car home after paying him, and it wouldn't start. He had left the car unlocked, with the keys in the ignition HALFWAY TURNED. He drained my battery out of sheer negligence. I had to get a jump from someone else. I am never coming back here. At the prices he charges and the work he does this guy is a SCAM.

Excellent mechanic and very honest! Rob always goes above and beyond and gives special attention to any issues I'm having. He's fixed problems I wasn't aware of and often without an additional cost.
