I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this experience was so unpleasant that I feel it’s important to share. From the very beginning, the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism from the owner, Chad, was beyond disappointing.
Before even visiting the shop, I called ahead to ask a few simple questions and set up a time to stop by for a quote. Chad was immediately short, dismissive, and had a rude tone over the phone. It almost felt like I was inconveniencing him just by calling to ask about his services. Still, I decided to give the place a chance and visit in person.
When I arrived, things only got worse. Chad was on the phone when we walked in, which would’ve been fine if he had at least acknowledged us or said he’d be right with us. Instead, he completely ignored us for close to 10 minutes, continuing his conversation without so much as a nod or greeting.
When he finally hung up, he didn’t apologize for the wait or greet us properly. His tone was cocky, cold, and disrespectful from the start. As we went outside to inspect the vehicle for a quote, he remained rude, condescending, and unnecessarily insulting, making the whole interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I’m sure this shop does quality work — their other reviews seem to reflect that — but the level of customer service and basic respect needs serious improvement. Professionalism isn’t just about skill; it’s also about how you treat people, and that part was completely missing here.
I left without even wanting a quote and won’t be returning. If you value courtesy, communication, and respect, I’d strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Broke down with a bad seal on my EGR Valve on my way up from Arkansas with kids in the car, Mike came straight away and fixed my car quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Amazing customer service. Amazing people all the way around. Came out and helped on a hot day when we were stranded and nobody else could help. Amazing people. Would 100% recommend. Fast and reliable as well.

Chad and his crew are exceptional good. I have had them work on my vehicle several times. When my transmission went out, they wasted no time getting me back on the road, a day sooner than expected! I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Chad and his crew for all your vehicle needs.

Chad did some amazing work on my car! I am so thankful he took care and perfection! He found an issue beyond what the insurance agent found and he went to bat to make sure it was taken care of and I didn’t have to do a thing! He’s professional and friendly…and inexpensive compared to other quotes!
