Had to pick up my mother's prescription here after her surgery. While it's smaller than some other pharmacies, I have to say the staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful and even asked after my mother to see how she was doing.

Illini clinic pharmacy has been an absolute blessing to work with. As an emergency room provider, I know that my patients are being taken care of when using this pharmacy. The staff is kind, hard-working, and extremely knowledgeable. They ensure ours patient’s medications are filled quickly and still give ample amount of time for questions and reassurance. Thanks for all you guys do. I appreciate you!

The best I could ask for!
Are they the cheapest pharmacy in my insurance network? No. Are they close? Most of the time.
So, why don’t I go to the cheapest? Well, Optum (which falls under the United Healthcare umbrella) changes things up a couple of times per year. I got tired of changing. The last change left me with the worst customer service I’ve ever had anywhere.
So, I came back here. Cheapest? No. However, they offer some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s obvious they truly care about every customer. It doesn’t hurt that they are 2 blocks away from my house!
I’ll remain with Illini Clinic Pharmacy as long as I possibly can. It is worth it for myself and my wife.

This pharmacy does not support the military. Was told they don’t accept Tricare. Not sure why the person on the phone didn’t answer that question, after I asked.

Illini clinic pharmacy delivers our medications directly to our front door. The drivers do courtesy calls if their not able to contact you,which is very helpful.The pharmacist is professional and accurate before sending medications.They're open Monday-Saturday and deliveries are Monday-Friday.
