I went to the store on Tuesday, November 11th, after 2 pm to ask about a new Apple Watch. A guy came out from the back wearing a hoodie—I didn’t even know he worked there. He told me he doesn’t really know anything about Apple Watches and that his friend, who usually works there and is the Apple Watch expert, wasn’t in today. Then he told me to go to the corporate store up the road because they keep them in stock and could give me the info I wanted. Honestly, I can just Google specs myself, but I was hoping he could show me deals and pricing. It felt like he just wanted to push me off to corporate because it wasn’t beneficial for him. Then a couple walked in, and I completely lost his attention. Needless to say, I won’t be visiting that location again.
A few notes:
- I know it’s an authorized dealer
- Zero tech knowledge
- Zero customer service skills
US Cellular really should check on this authorized dealer...
Gave two stars because I was greeted, and he was not rude about his actions just preoccupied.

Very good customer service. Axel was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped me switch over and set up my new phone with me. Very appreciative!

I stopped by in the Silvis store and was immediately greeted by Travis. We sat and spoke about my options on upgrading my iPhone. Travis walked me through my options of phone style to the breakdown of payment. He even placed my privacy screen for me! I left the store having a better understanding of my USCelluar phone plan then I ever had before! Thank you so much Travis!

Billy was extremely helpful and professional. He explained in details, gave us the bottom line, and answered all our questions. Fernando did a great job installing our screen protectors and additionally took out the bubbles I couldn't get out. Both associates were friendly and personable. Definitely would recommend dealing with both of these gentlemen again!
