Cashier at Silvis Walmart failed to rotate the rack as she bagged up my groceries. Had to get them all myself. Don’t know where the one bag was, I didn’t see it. Got home and was missing several items. This isn’t the first time.

When first moving to the Quad Cities, 20 plus years ago, Silvis Walmart was one of the first places most frequently shopped ... All of these years later, I am still a customer whose satisfaction is way beyond 5 stars for the excellent service I have received, and continue to receive. I still see a few of the same staff members whom I was blessed to become acquainted with and be served by then. And though there are always so many staff members that I see new ones every time I go there, each and every time this grandma, with a few mobility challenges, receives excellent service from consistently courteous and helpful Walmart team members, and often, extraordinary kindness.
What exceptional team members Silvis Walmart has, that makes my shopping trips there always blessed, and leaving with a grateful heart.
God bless them one and all ..

Go there every day! Sometimes, I have what I always need. Although sometimes it be crowded and not alot of workers but I completely understand. I love how they have self checkout for those who dont want to wait. Got a lot for cat products from Walmart, and im glad I haven't switched to another. Definitely recommend this place

Pretty good store, in a w town. Weird that they didn’t have beverages in refrigerators and just out in the open. I had to go in after John Deer classic on Saturday and get some drinks to drive the two hours back home and was good.

My husband and I recently visited our local Walmart in Silvis to purchase a bicycle inner tube. After waiting at the sporting goods counter and pressing the call button without receiving assistance, I sought help in the electronics department. Emmanuel, despite assisting other customers, promptly arranged for someone to assist us. Emmanuel also checked in on us over in sporting goods after finished with his current customer GREAT kid very respectful and was working hard!
Lorie from the automotive section then approached us. Unfortunately, her demeanor and tone were dismissive and unhelpful. She directed us to the bicycle section with a lack of respect, and the overall interaction was unpleasant. It was not what she was saying it, it’s how she was saying it her tone was so rude I hope someone speaks to her about this…
Subsequently, we were assisted by Aaron, who seemed experienced. However, despite knowing the product was in stock per the website, he was unable to locate it. This experience highlighted a lack of ownership regarding online inventory discrepancies.
Following our purchase, I left a one-star review at the terminal. As we exited, neither of the two door greeters acknowledged our departure, which further contributed to our disappointment. I said have a great day 1st and they didn’t even look at me!
Overall, our experience was subpar due to poor customer service and a lack of engagement from multiple associates. As a result, we will be shopping at the Moline Walmart moving forward.
