I want to leave a fair and honest review of my experience at this AAA location. My initial phone call was extremely positive—I spoke with a woman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) who was professional, thorough, and genuinely helpful as I inquired about obtaining an international driver’s permit. She set a high bar for what I expected from the in-person visit. If my service inside this store matched the phone call I had I would have rated this 5 stars.
However, when my father-in-law and I arrived at the location, we were immediately approached by Chris Adams. Rather than offering a friendly welcome or giving us a moment to get our bearings, he came across as abrupt and unwelcoming. His tone felt unnecessarily harsh, and both my father-in-law and I independently commented afterward that something about the interaction felt off.
Chris told us to sit in the waiting area and said he’d call us up. When he called my name, my father-in-law walked up with me (as we were both applying for the same permit), but Chris curtly told him to sit down unless we were paying together. During my interaction, when I asked a clarifying question, he cut me off and told me I hadn’t let him finish—his tone made the conversation uncomfortable. At that point, I told him I’d prefer to move through the process quickly.
Thankfully, my father-in-law was later helped by another AAA team member, and we both immediately noticed the difference. She was friendly, courteous, and helpful—he even described the contrast as “night and day.”
To be fair, Chris did process my request quickly and efficiently. The actual service was prompt. But his demeanor lacked basic warmth, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. It stood out as one of the more negative customer service experiences I’ve had in recent memory. I'm not typically one to leave complaints, but this experience felt worth noting.

My wife is currently stranded in Poland because the IDP that she picked up here yesterday was dated 2023, not 2025. Now she is unable to pick up her rental car

Sonny and Marianne were great. As I walked in the door, they predicted I needed an IDP. It was a chill experience. I thought I came in unprepared, but they took my photos and made it easy. They definitely deserve a raise for all of the things they are juggling! Thanks you two!

Came in to get our international driving permit and encountered the worst level of customer service. As a 15-year member of the AAA I can say that I'm truely disappointed.

I went in to get an international drivers permit on 6/13/2025, which I've done at least 4 times in the past. The older man helping the lady at the counter was frankly awful to every person walking in the door. It's been a while since I've experienced such poor customer service, and I'm rethinking the need for AAA membership at this point.

Went to this location to get an international driver’s permit on a Saturday morning. It was really busy - I’d recommend visiting on a weekday if possible. The waiting room is tiny, so there were lots of people standing outside of the waiting space to get services. If you have a household AAA membership, you should double check that all household members’ names are attached to it - I had to pay the non-member price for my permit because my husband hadn’t explicitly listed my name on his membership and I was unable to add it at the time of service.

William Youssef the facility manager was so helpful and understanding of my sister’s situation with her car. Her car was towed to this location and he went above and beyond to assist her with contacting the dealership. Asking the right questions on her behalf and advising her on the next steps. This man deserves a promotion

I needed an international driver’s license. I walked in this place 7:30 AM . In 10 min I was done with Driver’s license in my hand ! Very satisfied!

Went in to get my international drivers license and they were incredibly friendly. It’s a bit out of my way for my car care needs but I might still take my business there based on how nice and professional everyone was.
