God bless Lizan for assisting my family member with the the paperwork and insurance process. We were not sure if my uncle’s insurance covered the bath bench. He was in desperate need of one and it is difficult to obtain one at any other locations. From all the places I have called, Alexander’s medical supply was the only place that had in stock what I have been looking for for weeks, they even have home delivery! Super happy with the service provided to us.

Great and friendly service! Could tell Lizan is truly passionate about helping people! I was looking for a Rollator for my dad. Purchased the rollator and had a nurse set it up and deliver to our house the next day. Taught our Dad how to use it. Alexander's Medical accepted his insurance and took care of all of the paperwork. We just had to ask our doctors office to fax over the prescription.
