The provider speaks about excellent connections with Wifi. * I say it is not the best, and battery life is weak. *You will be blessed if you receive 2 full days with the battery. *12/20/23, I walked in with $1,000 and my old phone to trade and clearly stated to the sales agent I didn't care for a long -term contract so I was offered a $800 credit for the old phone and the new phone was only $999.99, well somehow at check out I put my money back in my pocket and was told in a few months The new $999.99 phone could be paid off. * So after 9 months with the new phone and paying some tricked installments for about 9 months, I believe my phone was fully paid for from my $800 trade
credit plus 9×$27.78 which covered the cost of the new phone. * But not happy with signal network and poor connections I went into the store and complained about the service I was getting and I wanted to go to a new provider only to be told that the new phone was in a installment plan and I needed to Pay $749.97 to unlock my phone and I was shocked to find out they wanted more money and was unwillingly to return the old trade! I was not happy, and I paid it so I could move my service to a better provider. I tried to speak with customer service about how I felt they were ripping me off, and the numbers were not adding up to a thousand dollars, but $1749.96, this is ridiculous treatment. Customer service reps are only trained to say, " I am sorry, and I understand your frustration." Yeah, right! They stole my phone and money, so I see them as dishonest and not honest about the service they can provide. Nothing but lies. This was my experience. I hope you shop around before you pick AT&T as your provider. Thank you for reading my review. Dissatisfied customer.

LEO SHOULD NOT BE management let alone customer service!! Rude and I felt my daughter was was racially profiled !! I was so surprised at the service myself and my daughter received when we were directed to go to this location to get a new SIM card for my daughter new phone. She was asked for her ID which she presented and was told it wasn’t a real ID mind you she just moved here from Michigan and it was a real ID he was rude and made a very simple traction soo unecesarrly stressful !! LEO the manager was about only rude to us but also to a coworker..

I Went to trade in my phone. I had service through T-Mobile and was unsatisfied with that service provider. Luis from the Waukegan branch, helped making the switch easy and hassle free. Highly recommended going to see Luis for your phone issues. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful.
