This review is for BOAs terrible automated system. It's the worst and getting to someone that can actually help you is a nightmare. I save my one star reviews for EXCEPTIONALLY poor service, and I'll continue to give one star reviews to every BOA location until I can get some decent service. Please bank with another lending institution, because there are far better banks out there.

I'm reading the reviews and the bad service ones are spot on. I called ahead of time for an appointment to open an account for my then 14yr old. They set the appointment with no mention that he would need an ID at 14, even though he was coming in with his mom. I get there five minutes late and lost my appointment time. I was told I could wait 45 minutes, so we did. In that time we saw two extremely uncaring and rude situations happen to others. An elderly couple was standing at the teller window and the teller is asking the man to verify the last three transactions he'd made. He was having trouble standing and he could only remember parts of two of the transactions, and she kept on hounding him. He looks at his wife and says, "I can't remember all of that, and I just want my money." No care for him at all. No seeing the situation and knowing that if he knew those things, it was him. You walk your ass around in this situation or find someone who can, and let him sit down and HELP him. Then a 30 something woman came in with her elderly parents who didn't speak English. She was there to help them open accounts, I think. The lady who was helping them was talking in such an uncaring and condescending way to her. I was appalled by these things. Then we get called in for our appointment. That's when the gentleman said that an ID was required for my 14 yr old! I asked why I wasn't told that on the phone. He leaves to go get his manager. Turns out that it's the same lady that I saw being condescending to the lady helping her parents. I was livid when she came in using that same tone with me. Chewed her out for her tone, the things I saw, and for not being told the correct information before hand so as to have kept me from wasting my 45 minutes. And yes, I went home and called to report the situation. This was last year. The people on the phone said that they take these things seriously. I haven't gone back to that location, but I hope that is true. No one should have to deal with rudeness and non compassion to get to what is theirs in the first place! Now I drive out of my way to other locations, and if it wasn't such a pain, I would've taken my business to another bank that day. Being a newly single mom is difficult enough, but I can say that I will not hesitate if I'm ever put through anything close to that episode ever again. I've been with them for 18+years, but I will not stay loyal if what I saw and had done to me is common practice.

What really can you say about a atm? It gave me correct cash . It allows for u to choose the types of bills u prefer your cash in. There’s never more than one other car in the line. And its covered from the elements.

Bad service, I was here at 4:02 , they had the counters open serving other customers. I requested them for a deposit and we are closed was the only thing they kept repeating.

Apparently there has been a change in staffing. I had a much pleasant experience this time, thanks to Akash. I came in for a last minute quick transaction and he provided swift and friendly service.

Terrible customer service. They only had one guy at the customer service and the guy happened to be an Indian I believe and it didn't seem to matter if you got there first or not, other Indian customer was being served first and he did not have an appointment and was good 15mins behind me I know. I let the teller know about it and she was wondering why also. Left the place without opening an account there.

The best bank ever. They had the crew from the Devon branch whom I dealt with on a regular basis. The treatment is the royal kind. I also loved the ATM with teller assist the best idea yet for a bank I wish more banks are like this. The convenience is great too. I like the fact that they greet me by name like I am family. Megan does a great job.

Staff is not sufficient, how could such a big bank only have one teller open? Their customer service lacks... Really unhappy with this location.
