i was savagly attacked at the best buy at5425 w touhy skokie.a homless man who best buy allows to stay there and play computers .i was leaving the store when a black man 30 years old cut me off with i divi bike and demanded money i told him i had none , and he attacked me with no security from best buy coming to help. the skokie police were great as the arrested him as i placed charges. went back for the last time to best buy to pickup my computer today. thw manager said the same guy was in there today playing computers. i was outraged, thwy release this savage, and best buy welcomes him back in. his stolen bike is there and his clothes. i wouldnt go to best buy ever again. i guess this savage means more to them ,then paying customers. BOYCOTT BEST BUY . THEY TAKE CARE OF CRIMINALS NOT CUSTOMERS.KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR 30 YEAR OLD BLACKMAN.6 FOOT 180 DRESSED IN BLACK OR YOU COULD BE NEXT

Went there to purchase a laptop for my special-needs brother, and since I don't know much about computers I was just standing there lost. Until Larry nicely approached us and offered his help. He walked us through which laptop would be a good fit for my brother's needs, he explained the simplicity yet reliability of the laptop. He was very sincere in his assistance and very caring! He recommended some extra items to purchase with the laptop for extra protection (since my brother is handicapped and he tends to click on random pop-ups).Overall... Larry was a wonderful person and very helpful!My complaints to you, Best buy, and your entire staff!

I took my laptop in for repairs and when I got it back all my stuff was deleted. They told me that if I declined a data backup it won't effect anything. They lied to me.

We bought AirPod headphones, after 4 weeks they stopped working, we decided to return them, they said they don’t accept them. More than 2 weeks have passed. Then we went and bought new headphones at Costco.

This review is more for Apple? I was sent to this location by an Apple customer service rep to have a simple iPhone repair done. When I arrived for my appointment I was informed that they didn't have the parts? Why is Best Buy booking appointments for repairs when they don't have the parts ? Complete waste of time. If Apple sends you to Best Buy call ahead. Apple is staffed by complete morons.

Clueless with curbside pickup. Waited over 30 minutes. Called the store, it took 5 minutes to talk to someone NOT AT THE STORE. Who really couldn't help me much besides checking me in again. Eventually had to go in, defeating the purpose.

Over all I think the store itself is fine, although I realized something the other day when I was there. I recognize one of your employees from online. I believe they have a "nsfw" twitter, that is not private and the only reason I noticed is because she posted multiple pictures IN uniform/AT the store and with another coworker. I'm all for supporting women and women getting money, but cmon now. This does give the store an unprofessional look and definitely raises eyebrows account @Ixnnaeeir_

I had a few appliance questions which I wanted to discuss with a manager. I was told the managers were too busy in a meeting and unavailable. I asked if the store's General Manager was tied up as well, and he said "Kim" was in, but the GM doesn't meet with customers. This sounded strange, so I asked him to please let Kim know I'd like to talk with him anyway. He left and returned a few minutes later to inform me that Kim instructed him to tell me he was too busy. This was my first time visiting this store in Skokie, but I can easily say this was my worst Best Buy experience.

The store itself was good but the online ordering was a disaster. The item was supposed to be ready for pick up in two days and 11 days later still not available. Found same item in another Best Buy and picked up same day.
