Caliber Collision provided timely updates throughout the repair process, which I really appreciated. Mr. Hue and Mr. Julie were excellent very professional, helpful, and easy to work with. My car was repaired and ready on time.
Before coming here, I went to another shop that told me it would take a month to fix my car, but Caliber Collision completed the repairs in just two weeks, even with the Christmas holidays in between. Highly recommend their service!

Caliber repaired my Porsche Cayenne, that had severe frontend damage due to a collision. The work that Caliber – mechanically and bodywork – was flawless. Caliber worked directly with my insurance company to get the needed repairs done, which was a huge benefit. I highly recommend this Caliber location.

Honestly, I read all the reviews and thought this place cannot be as good as they testified to. I am happy to say that I was wrong this place then what review stated. They make sure that you are aware of all your vehicle needs as well as an estimate of time for the repairs. I was pleasantly surprised at the updates they provided for my vehicle and actually finished earlier than expected. Upon picking up my vehicle it was the same level of expertise and care. They actually return my car better than I left it! Shout out to Joe my technician from the beginning to end. This is a great place!

EDIT: The manager Hugh followed up with me and after a delay on my end of things, I was able to take my car back to accept an offered buffing and cleaning of my car. This, in addition to the replaced part from my original experience, has shown me that Hugh and his crew go above and beyond for the previous issue. I am leaving the original text for transparency, but want to assure that in the end, you and your car will be cared about here. They even replaced a part that wasn't part of the original repair when I first brought it in. They have, in my eyes, made up for what happened.
Original Review: I got exterior body work done here through someone else's insurance after getting hit. The work itself is fine, though the interaction after getting my car was incredibly unprofessional and left me wondering if I can trust the rest of the work. The body work looked good, but when I was leaving I noticed the shifter boot was loose, leading to the shifter feeling sticky and like it could shift into another gear at any time. I went right back inside and was basically told I didn't know what my own car was like for the past 5.5 years (no shifter boot issues whatsoever). They said they didn't touch it (which they literally had to, just to move my car in and out of the shop). I had to stand up for myself to say that I had zero issues prior to this work being done, and ever after they took it back and fixed it, they insisted still that they had no deal in it. I would leave 5 stars if they just took responsibility upfront, apologized, and we went on our way. All this is to say: take pictures of the outside and inside of your car, maybe videos too, before getting work here so you don't have to waste time and miss work because they refused to believe the owner of the car.
Edit: forgot to mention I found a bolt in my door map compartment, which they said was an extra part but now I'm not sure.

They did a fantastic job on my car and honestly it looks better than before my accident! They were straight forward, honest, got the job done quicker than estimated. If I ever need work done again , I wouldn’t hesitate going back. They are an amazing team.
