Very rude workers here. My son was using the crayons and began to scream at one of the ladies' who work there as she put the crayons back into the bin. She then began to say "You can scream at me all you want, my 3 year old screams at me." Then as we were leaving she said, "you all have a good day." Why say something so rude like that to a child and then try to be polite?? It is like she was trying to discipline him which I do not appreciate. You treat all people, adults and kids with kindness otherwise DO NOT work at a children's clothing store.
I will not be coming to this location plus there is no variety here. I have been to another location where the workers are friendlier and I find more clothing that I like.

Rude manager. I've always had good experiences here before. My friend bought a gift for our new baby and told me the clothes were from Carter's so I could return/exchange. I needed to return one of the items so I brought it in. The initial associate couldn't find it. She was very nice and patient. She asked if she could get a manager and I said yes please. The manager scanned the item, *threw* it back on the counter and said it's not from Carter's, it's from target, and started walking away. I asked politely how she was able to tell (not because I didn't believe her, but I'm case it happened in the future), and she said, still walking away and in an impatient tone over her shoulder that the line was exclusive to target. Don't know how it why you expect a normal client to know that.

Very rude, thats all i have to say. We walked in the employee said “no” as me and my son walked in. Kids are curious they like to press things. My son went to press the button to open the door and the employee came and said “ every time the door opens it count a person walking in so i need to make a sale” with the rudest attitude i have heard. I understand how sales work I used to work in retail. I understand that there are conversions for sales and the number of customers walking in. If there is and issue the solution isn’t to be rude especially if the store is a soposed to be a “family and kids store” I was going to buy some clothes for my kids but not with that attitude from an employee, how do you expect to make sales with that kind of attitude. Never again, i am sharing with friends and family this horrible experience of customer service.

The sales person was helpful. She checked back stock, she suggested items that I then purchased. Accommodating to order for me if I didn't find what I liked. Very pleasant experience

Amazing prices. Between the sale items, door busters and additional club discount, I felt like I got a great value. Okay selection, seems pretty limited but it's not a huge store. I did not find the employees helpful at all. I was in line, during covid, and the clerk made me sit and wait while she restocked the previous customer's returns. Seemed like really bad customer service not to mention covid procedure. I'd just call it an off day.

I love shopping here for my daughter, the manager is always super helpful and friendly!Bright store. Friendly staff. Full of stuff without being overly crowded. So this is a review from a first time shopper at carters and first time buying baby/kids clothes.Very wide variety of clothes for boys and girls!!! Wish they had more space to hold more sizes.Good assortment of clothing, but you get a sticker shock because all clothing labeled with a very high price. Price does come down with all their discounts and you can check online for additional discounts. Excellent quality clothing for good prizes, there shoe collection is very nice as well, also if you sign up for rewards for every 100$ spent you get a 10$ reward and can be used at osh kosh to I got a lot of help from Lynn who was courteous and patient with me since I was buying gifts for 3 different age babies. The stuff here is completely amazing, Susie was amazing she remembered us from our last trip in and was an amazing help. My daughter has an amazing personal shopper. I would shop at this store again. Would definitely recommend it.
