I have been banking with Chase and other iterations for over 50 years. This branch in Skokie is the most poorly run efficient branch I have ever used. Zero attention from staff. Total lack of concern for any problems. ATMs are constantly breaking down. Tellers and bankers are, not attentive at all. It is a convenient location, but clearly I understand why they are closing.

Both ATMs broken. I have to keep writing more to allow yelp to post this, I guess I wont be going back to this location?

I USUALLY NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS BANKER IS ONE OF A KIND.I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Filip Momcilov, a banker at Chase Bank, and I can confidently say that he deserves nothing less than a 5-star review. He not only assisted me in opening an account but also provided me with invaluable advice that was clear, concise, and tailored to my specific needs. What truly sets Mr. Momcilov apart is his dedication to going above and beyond. He didn't just meet the basic requirements of his job; he exceeded all expectations. In my interactions with him, he treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism, making me feel like a valued customer.Mr. Momcilov's commitment to ensuring that I had a complete understanding of the various account options was remarkable. He took the time to patiently explain everything, leaving no room for confusion. He was, in a word, perfect.I genuinely believe that Mr. Momcilov should be considered for a promotion within Chase Bank. His exceptional service and the way he embodies the core values of respect, customer focus, and knowledge are exemplary. I can only hope that other bankers at Chase, and in the industry as a whole, learn from his outstanding example. In a profession where exceptional service is key, Mr. Filip Momcilov has truly set the bar high.THANK YOU MR. FILIP

This branch is a joke and unsafe for vehicle traffic. The ATMs are frequently out of service with no warnings or barriers indicating they are out of order. I think these employees want to goof on the customers. The physical plant is unsafe. It is treacherous to navigate the concrete barriers to get to the ATMs. This branch should be closed and demolished.

Extremely frustrating on so many levels. They have so many glitches in their system and excuses for the things that go wrong and take weeks instead of days.

A little disappointing -- thankfully the app helped me do what I needed. I walked in and went straight up to the cashier. The bank looked quite empty. When I said I wanted to open a savings account, the cashier told me I need to book an appointment -- and they're not available until two days away. Have I come to the Apple Store? When I asked about a morning appointment two days away, she said she needs to write down my name and number to run the time by the guy (who's at his desk while I'm there). And that he will call me back. Maybe bank customer service has changed. So strange. Of course nobody ever called back.

Every other time I use the ATM machines at their drive up option, there is a "malfunction at this time" and my receipt says to try again. The lazy employees at this location need to put down their vape pens for a second and restock the machines with cash. Pathetic display for Chase

Came in at 445 to open an account for my teen. I was turned around because the two bankers didn’t want to do it. Mind you the place was empty and I heard the response. Very disappointed.

I was there this morning to deposit 2 American Express gift Cheques. The young Hispanic female teller whose name starts with J advised me they don’t accept these checks for deposit. I have family who works at chase and told me they do according to their polices and procedures. I went to another branch and they accepted the 2 gift Cheques for deposit. Maybe if that female teller was less concerned on her Starbucks order and concentrated on her customer, she would’ve done her job right. Extremely unprofessional and ignorant.

5 people in line several tellers talking in cubicle. In line 15 mins and only teller is talking to guest about his daughter. Some of us come to the bank to get OUR money and waiting is fine but when there is no need its irritating. The oh you can go somewhere else comment is stupid especially when you have MY money

The first Chase Bank on Skokie Blvd. I went to wasn't open so I had to drive to a different location to get a money order to pay for the stupid driving violation. I went into the second location and they were pretty quick in processing my transaction. I had to pay $210 for the money order for the fine. (SUCKS). In addition to add insult to injury I can't believe they charged me and additional $5 for the money order. I have been banking w/Chase for many years and have multiple accounts. I was surprised to see an addition $5 charge for something that was already something that didn't make me very happy. I mean WTF?

Long lines, never enough tellers.

Not the best place to be, especially during COVID. Only 2 tellers, a long line of 7 people mid-afternoon. It was strange to see 4 other employees around in office spaces (starring in their computers) but not willing to step in to help with teller duties given the number of waiting customers. Slow process and frustrating to watch such inefficiency. I will try a different branch in the future in case I have to do anything in person again.
