Ninorta is the best. Last time I was inside the branch and there was a line up she came and helped me with my transaction. She is always friendly and has amazing customer service.

Scheduled an appointment because I had questions about my mortgage and I tend to prefer face-to-face explanations/discussions than over the phone. Instead of attempting to answer any of my questions, the banker just called Chase's customer service line and had me talk to them while she sat at the desk, texting on her phone.
If that's normal customer service and expertise for a personal banker, there's zero reason for this branch to exist.

Zoila Sosa is the worst representative of the branch with rude attitude and non chalant characters towards clients. She has audacity to send clients back and deny service. She is impatient and cannot tolerate any other race except Spanish. She has several being rude to adults with old age disorders.

JUST HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS CHASE BANK,WAS TOLD I CAN REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT , FROM PHONE BANK, ONCE I GO TO BRANCH, ON OAKTON N LINCOLN,. KAY OVERPACK AND JASON RASHBAUM, JUST WASTED 2 HOURS OF MY TIME KEEP TELLING ME THAT THEY CANT HELP ME ! ILLEGALLY CLOSING MY BUSINESS ACCT!!! HOW DOES THIS BANK KEEP CLOSING ACCOUNTS WITHOUT PROPER COMMUNICATION??! HORRIBLE BANK THEY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!! BE VERY CAREFUL , HUGE FINANCIAL SCAMMERS!!!

I have been banking here for years and I have to say they go above and beyond for their customers. They’re very helpful and are very accommodating, especially towards the end of the day when most people would refuse to help at the time of closing. Mr. Wellington has been very helpful in me setting up my bank accounts when I opened up a business and always addresses any of my questions and concerns right away. The tellers Nina, Deanna, Devaki are also extremely helpful and are very good at their job! Their positive energy makes going to the bank and giving my money away a pleasant experience!

Terrible customer service. I was faced with unprofessional and rude employees and supervisors in this location. I never recommend going to this bank in this location. I felt like they were making fun of the customer specifically someone whose last name is Arjun and his supervisor. When I got home, I started crying because of their behavior?. I don't know why this bank allowed this kind of people to work there.
I had all the documents to open an account but they said “We don't accept leases but electricity bills.” It doesn't make sense, they don't wanna see the actual location lease but they want an electricity bill from that location. They are horrible staff??

I want to share this to the upper management of Chase bank Lincoln branch . Even I don’t want to give a single star to this branch either. The sales staff of this branch seems they don’t want to do work at all . They don’t have manners how to treat the customers, if any body comes inside they ignore them and keep doing what they are busy in doing even they are free. They do not greed customers which is the top priority of the sales staff . They do not want to open an account it seems you guys don’t want any new account . I visited this branch twice to open an account but no body accommodate us . We kept sitting there for 10 minutes but no body come to us and ask what we want as other bank staff does. Specially I want to highlight the sales person who sit just across the tellers. His attitude and behavior is not like a banker . Than I went to Wintrust bank and they guys are doing true banking and accommodate very professionally. They opened an account for us on the same day . So guys this is the banking . I don’t know what type of banking the Chase bank is doing . Extremely pathetic.
