Very rude banker named Roman sitting in the far right office. I went up to him and asked if he was busy, and he responds, “Yes, I am! Go wait out there until someone comes to take care of you.” Rude!Anyway, a young lady named Rita eventually handled my case, and she was super professional!

Came in with certified bank check for deposit with funds and they want to hold the funds for 6 days meanwhile I have to close on my property in less than 3 days. What is the point for proof of funds.

Went to w/draw money from this ATM and it went thru the transaction then a message appeared that the machine was not able to provide cash right now. I had to confirm via Chase that the transaction would be credited to my account. Chase, don't allow the customer to ask for certain denominations unless your machine is equipped to handle the transaction. I don't trust using this ATM now and will have to go to another location.

This is a do not use branch!!!Horrible, Rude!!!!The branch VP is rude arrogant and a horrible example of how to do business. Customer Service is not in her vocabulary and definitely not her mind set.

So I never had any issues with this particular branch until today. So I’m running for public office trying to get my petition sheets notarized and the lady notary Beata Slavick refused to do it. keep in mind I had less than 10 pages and all they required was a simple notary signature and stamp. She didn’t give a reason why and was condescending, but it’s likely because she didn’t want to do her job as there was 20 minutes left until closing. If she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t have one. I feel discriminated against as a customer and this is why I give the rating that I do. They are short staffed and lazy.

Cathy is absolutely useless. It is her job to handle money and starts to catch an attitude when it comes to doing her actual job. At least pretend to be happy.
