This Chase branch is fairly new and the employees here are very nice and helpful, they have a drive through east of the facility in that parking lot. It’s really most most of the time especially during the evening rush hours.

I met with Marina Yousif today, after months of fraud on my account and 7 debit cards in 4 months. She was amazing and figured out the root of the issues. I have such relief and am so grateful for knowledge. Marina is now my forever banker🏦😊

The same staff from dempster location moved here. A female personal banker gave me the stink eye and even mentioned to me I needed to make an appointment before she could help me. No walk ins allowed. Wow. I just wanted to ask a question that's all. Will I be coming back, no thanks! 🤷

Jacquline is the person you need to see if you are looking for an amazing customer service experience. She was so helpful. We went through all the process step by step from an account opening to applying for the credit card. Everything went so good she guided everything in detailed. In the end Manager also came and asked for the feedback.

I went into the Branch with my son!!
No one greeted us or asked us if we needed any help
People were in their cubicles just sitting and not doing much
After 5 min I went into a cubicle and asked this girl for help
She was startled and with an attitude and some rolling of the eyes like we disturb her
Asked us how can she help
I told her i wanted to start an account for my son
She immediately stated need an appointment with am attitude and said they are all busy
I told her but no one is with a customer
Appointment appointment as all she said
I said fine I will go to US BANK
I have multiple accounts with Chase but after this incident moving them to US Bank
People loose the attitude and be polite
Help customers and do not be lazy
You are not above anyone!!!!

Disappointed in the decision made to not have a drive thru, yet thrilled at the fact that all employees from the branch on Keeler have been brought over.
It’s nice to see familiar and friendly faces.
Moreover, excellent decision in choosing Cristina to be the manager. She has years of service dedication to the community and I’m happy to see that’s valued. Her team and clients on Golf loved her, I know this team will too.
