“Saw the most beautiful shirt in the ad at the front of the store but couldn’t find it within the store! I was getting ready to walk out when Joy asked if I needed help with anything. As soon as I began to describe the shirt she knew exactly what I was looking for. She guided me to the register where she was able to check if the item was in stock online. Joy made it so the item could be delivered directly to my house. Not only did I receive complimentary shipping but she was also able to apply the sale pricing to the item (30% off). Love this location, amazing customer service!

“I was helped a month back by an associate names Alexis, I finally remembered to add in this review.The store was short staffed to no fault of the few employees this day working to keep everything together.She was working the register and the dressing rooms were closed at the moment as another associate was on break, so they didnt have anyone to keep an eye on the area.She did myself and a few other customers a solid and got the dressing rooms opened for us to try our items after speedily helping the other customers at the line waiting.Myself and the other customers waiting understood she had a priority to the register first and waited patiently, and we were able to get what we needed as the other associate came back from break to keep everything stable with her.The district manager should work to help hire more associates, or work out a better schedule for atleast another two sets of hands on deck.For what these two ladies had to handle they did a solid job, I know what the short handed life is like as a previous retail associate.Customers tend to forget that human beings are the reason they get to shop here and not soul less robots.A1 Service!”

“This is a great Burlington location. Huge with a large selection of everything from clothes to accessories and makeup, rugs, home decor, handbags, shoes, pillows and bedding, pots and pans and other kitchen products, misc household items and even automotive accessories.The only downside to this place is how often the fitting rooms are closed. It makes no sense to sell so many clothes but have no fitting rooms open..The prices are pretty good as expected and the workers are nice and friendly.The store is also very well kept and clean.”

“Shout out to Harun and Jalal, after a long day of shopping for suits for a wedding coming up, I stumbled upon this Express and saw a couple of suits and gave it a go. When I couldn’t find my size, I asked Harun if he could find my size in the back. As Jalal was finishing up with a customer, he came up to me to ask if I needed help looking for anything. As Harun came back with me sized suit, I tried it on and it fit perfectly. They kindly asked if I wanted to look at any other items for my important event, and helped me find a button up shirt, dress shoes and a tie to match my outfit. Thank you to Harun and Jalal for making this stressful day a lot easier for me. Thank you for the amazing customer service. I wish the best for these 2 gentlemen.”

“I came to Tilly's on a mission: to find black jeans in a style/cut that fit me well. Being a small person, finding men's clothes that aren't huge on me is a challenge. In addition, many of the styles have been popular for the last decade make me look like a pear. Not what I'm going for.Needless to say, it was extremely comforting and refreshing when Jaime, one of the amazing people who was working that day, came to my aid. They helped me identify cuts that would accentuate what I want, hide what I don't like, and help me love my presentation. For the first time ever I was able to look in the mirror and see the goth boy that had yearned to be seen- and I even felt handsome.Jaime was extremely compassionate, validating, and went above and beyond to help me. I left feeling confident, seen, accepted, and excited to share my true self with the rest of the world. I am extremely grateful to Jaime for their support and highly recommend Tilly's if you want a wide variety of clothes, warm and welcoming staff, and a wonderful experience all around.”
“I just wanted to give a quick shout out to the store manager Katrina. Unfortunately my wallet was recently stolen and after the man who stole my wallet racked up thousands of dollars worth of charges at the nearby Bloomingdale’s, he attempted to use my card at the Levi’s store. Thankfully, it was declined. When I called the store to notify them of the event, Katrina was extremely responsive And was able to save security footage to assist with the police report. I really appreciated her her kindness and compassion after the stress of dealing with my wallet being stolen.”
“Recently I was in the store, and was helped directly by the manager. I don’t remember her name….she has short blonde hair. I drove 2 hours to get to the store based on calling the night before and being told they had my item. When I got to the store the item wasn’t there. She went out of her way to help me, and found the item I was looking for! She was GREAT! She listened and cared when she easily could have just told me sorry, we don’t have it!!! Thank You!!!!!”

I went to this Pacsun with my boyfriend and we both wanted some new clothes and we each had an employee thoroughly help us pick some items out. It turned into a fun outing as they asked their coworkers for input and we had great conversation. I ended spending more than I should have haha! We'll be coming back!!”

“Love this local boutique store, its so unique! It has everything and anything! You will not find anything like this anywhere. It is colorful, and energetic! The quality of the items are amazing, and the staff are so nice and welcoming! They will help you with anything and will always give you their honest opinion. I love the fact that their staff doesn't pressure you to buy, they give you time to browse and your space ( which i love). It is a wonderful place to find gifts for that special someone or a cute little outfit for a night out! Recommend it to anyone no matter your age.”
