One employee today seemed snooty. I think someone needs to remind her she doesn’t make much money herself 😂

Lauren was so amazing with me. She answered all of my questions when I called and when I arrived at the store. She gave me water and helped me pick out accessories for my new bag. If I need another Coach bag, I will certainly ask for her.
