I loved their basic/white China wares, it’s such a simple and timeless settings. Everything is arranged nicely with helpful staffs. It’s a bit pricey for nice basic wares. YMMV.

I had a good in store experience getting a desk here but…their customer service doesn’t coordinate at all with the warehouse in Naperville. After scheduling an earlier pick up date, I took a half day to pick up a new desk since I work from home. At the warehouse the person working the desk refused to even look up my order or believe that i scheduled an early pickup date with customer service. After calling customer service, they couldn’t get the warehouse guy that works the PM shift to pick up the phone. TLDR: go to West Elm.

Was my in store experience ORDERING my furniture great? Yes! We had a great sales rep (Elen) and were excited to get our furniture. We weren't nuts about the $300 delivery fee from Naperville, so we coordinated with Customer Service to get an early pickup from their warehouse. I showed up, and their PM shift leader, John, refused to even look up my order. "We don't do that"...."Nope"..."Sorry we don't do that". Their customer service helpline then told me I in fact could, and they couldn't get 'John' to pick up his phone at the warehouse. TLDR: I wasted 3hrs commuting roundtrip to Naperville, never got my furniture, and went to a competitor. I'm a lifelong Crate and Barrel detractor now. Go to West Elm.

If I could give “0 stars” I would!!!! Back in March 2022 we have ordered 2 sofas (spent $5.500), they’ve told us that it will be delivered mid August 2022. That didn’t happened. Nobody called us to give us heads up, we were without living room furniture more than 2 months, and with me being pregnant!!! Viviane, manager from Old Orchard where we have purchased this furniture was not helpful, she was so annoyed with our questions, and us calling every second day. When the day of delivery came (late October 2022.) they couldn’t bring the furniture inside because they say it was too big, so we rented a crane, and she (Viviane) told us they will pay half of the cost for crane, which NEVER HAPPENED.Plus, one month of using sofas and it was full of wrinkles and cushions are so bad!!! They’ve send someone to take a look at it, he just touched the sofa and he decided it is fine… So in the pictures you will see a sofa who is not even 1 year old, and it’a already looking bad! And to mention we are home late night, me and my husband are working full time plus from April to first week of June, we were out of USA- so overall experience - DO NOT BUY FROM CRATE AND BARREL! NEVER!P.S. they charge you $250 for “white glove” service - guys came in some king of trunk, the way they are handling furniture… OMG!! And again, they charged us $250 but WE HAD TO PY CRANE AND PEOPLE TO GET FURNITURE IN!Costumer service - 0 starsEverything- 0 stars!!!!

Very large 2 story store that shows off the merchandise well. It well laid out and the sales staff are all very nice and professional. I was looking for Faux plants because they have a very high rating for their quality along with dried leaf displays and found a great selection. I recently furnished an entire condo with Crate and Barrel furniture and I was very pleased with the quality of the furniture, my marble dining table, couch, the ease of ordering, the online support and excellent delivery process. Their process is very streamlined and staff are very responsive.

My wife went to this store to check out a wood swatch for a bed she was interested in purchasing. The snooty ladies that work at this store informed her that the only available swatch was a "sales aid" and the only way they could check it out to her was if she had it back in 1.5 hours or paid a deposit on $100/day for checking it out. I guess they failed to realize the meaning of "sell" or even "help a customer who waited in your store for 15 minutes before being approached by a sales associate". This place is bad if you like good customer service, we have been treated this way many times. Never going back.

I am writing a review of my entire experience, from purchase to delivery. The showroom at Old Orchard is quite nice, and the process of picking out our sofas was a good one. Jenna assisted us in ordering and followed over the 4-month period it took for the them to arrive. After spending thousands of dollars on 2 sofas I was a little surprised that C&B charged $250 for delivery, but at that point I wasn't going to pick them up so of course I paid it. The delivery communication process was clear prior to the day of- via email and text. On the day of the delivery I received an email telling me I could track where the driver was, but that link didn't work at all. The driver did call 10 minutes prior to arriving, which was helpful. They carried everything in without any issue, but didn't put on shoe covers and there was some dirt on the floor after, and they didn't connect the chaise properly to the sofa it is supposed to be a part of. Again, if I wasn't paying $250 for delivery I could care less, but for the price I would like the white glove delivery service they say I am getting. Overall, service with the store and associates was great, just grumpy about paying for delivery with the above-mentioned issues. So happy to finally have these sofas!

Crate and Barrel is one of my favorite stores, it’s a real treat to visit. Staff is always so nice and helpful. You never know what you my find.

I created my registry here. But what i find surprising is, they only give you a free gift for a wedding registry. Sorry, but that's discrimination. One that names her registry a housewarming should also receive a free gift as those having a wedding are registering for household items to begin with.

Please update your web site with correct store hours (12/16/22). Web site says 8:00 am. Store opened at 9:00 am. We and other customers sat waiting for 30 minutes.
