I love shopping at the Main Street Skokie CVS. They have most items I need in stock or they have a suitable substitute. I also appreciate how helpful and pleasant the customer service representatives are at this location.

I had a wonderful experience (on Sep 1st, around evening) at the CVS store located at 4001 Main St, Skokie, IL 60076, thanks to Aaron. I was having trouble at the self-checkout counter, and Aaron went above and beyond to assist me. He quickly solved the issue, all while being incredibly friendly and professional. His exceptional service truly made my day, and I left the store feeling valued as a customer. Aaron exceeded my expectations, and I am grateful for his help. Thank you, Aaron, for your outstanding service!

Dirty. Not vacuumed. Dust everywhere. Look behind the counter where they make the prescriptions!!! Disgusting! Will never shop or pick up medicine. Spoke to superviser at 4:30pm today telling her how dirty it is... she got offended and told me there is only 2 of us... like I told her to clean... do not shop...

The staff here is wildly unhelpful and rude. They will talk over you if you try to ask them a question and will argue with you if you try to ask them to wait for their turn to speak. Additionally, their pharmacy staff is also incredibly disappointing and lacks even the smallest amount of patience. I would strongly recommend against going to this store, as they do not and will not care about your health or take you seriously.

Just ok. Selection of items is fair, but often a lot out of stock. They still show up as a Citibank location, but now have a bitcoin machine instead.

This store is dirty, unorganized and many shells are empty. The new manager has run this store into the ground. The new manager is rude to customers and employees. His behavior this has trickled over to his employees. When the old manager ( I believe her name was Sibi) the store was clean, employees were friendly and the store was well stocked. It looks like a place that is going out of business.

They were sent a prescription at 10:30am. I got a text saying they received it. Waited for it to be filled. Heard nothing. Called at 2. On the phone for 40 minutes and they hing up on me. My dad drove there and they said it was in back order and has been fir months. If thats the case they should have let me know before 3. Then they had the gall to give my dad a number to have the prescription sent to another pharmacy-uh not my job. They need to pay me a pharmacist salary to do THEIR job. Meanwhile my 6 year old triplets are crying in pain and I can not help them. The pharmacy need to be taught how to do their jobs and not pass it on to the parents of sick children. This is a wasted day and unacceptable behavior.
