About Devonshire Park
Devonshire Park is a great park and one of the shining gems of Skokie. It is a clean park with lots of room in a very quiet area with friendly people. You can easily spend the entire day here. It is entertaining for all ages with a plethora of climbing options on the playground. The park features basketball courts, tennis courts, a baseball field, a nice walking path, and plenty of green space for kids to run around. There are picnic tables and a cute gazebo that provides nice shade. The well-maintained pool has a drop slide. Parking is never an issue and there is ample parking space. A noted downside is that there are no public bathrooms unless the facility is open. It is definitely one of Skokie's best parks.

Such a pleasant park. I especially enjoy the low slung bridge.

I am new to this site teaching Deep Water Aerobics and I love it! The water was warm and the staff was helpful. The bigger pool is at a good temperature as well. Go cool off there. Take a kid. Be a kid. 😉
