Went into buy shoes on a Sunday afternoon. No one offered me any help of any kind. I counted at least five employees wandering around the store. When I found what I wanted, without any help. I waited 5 minutes in lie with only one cashier who took. FOREVER to check a customer out and had to have a manager help her twice with the same transaction. At least two other employees went behind d the counter and did not offer to open a second register. So I got tired of waiting g, put my purchase back, and left the store without any employees ever saying a word to me or even making geye contact.
Amazon, here I come.

My package took awhile. It went from Niles to Wisconsin! Im in NW ILLINOIS. No idea Why it went to Wisconsin. I Finally got it.
1 of the laces has a fray and it wasn't in a shoe box with a top! Just a random box with NO LID.
It's a Christmas gift. How are you supposed to wrap it like this? I don't think I'll use this sight again. Very annoyed.

Terrible selection, never have a full selection of sizes, loud, dirty, trash including random pills on the floor, can never find an employee

While they have a wide range of variety, the cashiers take FOREVER to check you out of the store. Granted the lines are long, they do NOT make an effort to be efficient on purpose. It’s very disappointing I had to stand in line for an hour to check out a pair of shoes.

Was there recently on a Sunday mid-day. Not enough employees on the floor.
I went to use the restrooms in the back of the store, only to find it locked, with a sign stating that if you need assistance please ask an employee. I had to go all the way to front register to ask for assistance.
We finished shopping, and the check out line was ~10 minutes of waiting.
I like shopping in store, but with experiences like these, it often makes it just easier to purchase online.

They have a good selection, but I couldn't find a worker around to ask for help. There were cashiers, but no-one walking around to help customers.

I really like the store, it has many shoe selections and brands that i love but the cash register lady has no customer service skill, defficient in courtesy to customers.
