Came to pay my unit on a Tuesday at 11:30 am and they had they sign that said they'll be back at noon. I waited till 12:30, no one. Came back at 2:30 and again they had the sign up that said be back at 3. They is hardly anyone ever at the front desk and now I'm waiting outside with a group of people trying to pay. The keep increasing rates but won't have workers here but are quick to issue lates fees. How are we supposed to pay when no one's ever there?

Ali the assistant manager called me just in time. Initially, I was just going to look at the unit, but after talking to Ali, it was a no-brainer to sign up for six months. Ali was kind, generous and Super helpful. He showed me all possibilities and while doing so making sure The other Customer is also well taken care of. What a wonderful experience! I wish all people could work like him thank you!
