Awful. When i opened my account the staff were so friendly. However when I tried to close my account a couple months later, they made all kinds of excuses asking me to come, and if I had an appointment. No I don't have an appt why should I. No bank requires appintments.

I have been using this branch for my business and personal account for over a decade, and I find everyone to be very personable and helpful.

They should get rid of Elizabeth and Shirlee.
Both of them are awful for this branch. I love going to Byline Bank but these 2 employees (Shirlee and Elizabeth) are never welcoming and always rude.
