Writing about how horribly rude and unprofessional Sergio is, and I see that it is a common complaint. With so many people complaining about Sergio and for so long, why is he still in this position? I refuse to shop at this location again until Sergio is gone and replaced with someone kind and professional.

Sergio is so rude!!!! We come here all the time but not anymore after realizing what a horrible rude manager Sergio is. Will be going to a different location in the future.
