Both Ken and Anita are personable and friendly and a source of good advice. Over the years they were a go-to for my family. They solved and advised my son re eczema and a bad reaction to an antibiotic, pain relief from a wisdom tooth extraction. When my daughter-in-law was trying to stop smoking...Ken suggested something to help.
When we stopped by the shop with my brand new grandson, Anita welcomed him 'to earth.' Wonderful people.”

“Let me start by saying that GNC did their thing when they decided to hire David at the Brickyard Square location.
Just into the store, he was very attentive and concerned with assisting me with any questions I needed covered.
Not only does David show care for his clients in store, he made sure I knew what id be getting into with certain products, and offered me better alternatives that would assist me in my goals as well.
David is a down to earth representative of the GNC company. I wouldnt even consider him just a customer service associate, he shows leadership qualities, rational purchase assistance skills and humane transparency.
He is a proper salesman and individual that all companies should strive to have as the face of their brand.

“This is one of the larger Whole Foods in the area. I have been shopping here pretty much every week for years. They have a great selection of organic produce, meats and seafood. Large cheese section with many types of cheese. Decent alcohol selection. Also good bakery and prepared food items. I do miss the freshly roasted coffee they offered before the "pandemic" though. I also like the Prime deals and take advantage of those .”
“I come here about twice a month for Amazon returns (consistently a positive experience). I love the drip coffee available here. It’s my favorite place to get coffee (my go to would have previously been Pike Place drip coffee at Starbucks) and always a treat. Recently our family tried the sushi (5 varieties) and summer rolls and it was all excellent. I will get the sushi now every visit. Also convenient for produce and meat/ poultry staples which are fresh. We always get the preorder Thanksgiving meals here which are convenient and cheaper than cooking myself. We love the pecan pie. We did get a seasonal vanilla cake recently for Independence Day that was incredibly dry, to the point we used it for the photo op and took a few bites and then threw it away. I love the brown butter cookies sometimes, they are also very hit or miss. Overall I like this Whole Foods and will continue to shop here.”

“This whole foods is in prime location but carries less stock than other locations. It doesn't have a single flavor of Jeni's nondairy ice cream which was a disappointment. It's one of the few non dairy options that actually taste better than most dairy ice creams, in my opinion. Staff was polite.”
“It's hit or miss. Sometimes bulk items (and not many bulk items in the first place) are not stocked. Items are mislabeled (e.g. hard squashes labeled as local yet stickers say from Mexico). Good store for produce in winter.”
“Real slice of Life here at Chicago and State. There's a Amazon market on the ground floor. Escalator takes you up to the hot food/salad bar buffets and then you can walk into a nice little bar and seating area that gets crowded enough to where you realize it's a third space.
You'll see people from all walks of Life. The bartenders know some of the patron's names and also, there's people whose names are rarely said. It's a Whole Foods, with a nice little bar, on a corner.”

They’ve got everything you need, from top-notch produce to eco-friendly products, and don’t even get me started on their selection of wines. I stopped in last weekend and grabbed a bunch of organic veggies, some fresh salmon, and a bottle of rosé, spending around $60. The quality is always solid, and the vibe in the store is super chill. The staff is friendly, and I love how they’re always bringing in new, local items. Definitely a great place for anyone looking for healthy, high-quality groceries!”
