The staff are well rounded and upfront with the costumer . This is the place for the best men's cloth especially for young classic guys with great taste. Nice clean organized store with good offers. Love this store. Highly recommend

This place has horrible customer service! I had to return some jeans I purchased online for my daughter because they were missing the stud button when they arrived. I brought in my online receipt with the item I wanted to exchange. Unfortunately they didn't have the item so I asked for a refund. The cashier informed me that because I had passed the 30 day return window I could only receive store credit. I wasnt satisfied with that option because first off its not my fault the pants arrived without a button secondly I purchased online for a reason thirdly I had to go out of my way to correct there mistake and waste my gas which by the way is extremely expensive right now and my time. That alone was a huge inconvenience. Lastly its not my fault you dont have the item to exchange it with. My online purchase was January 20th and my order arrived January 27th. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor to explain why they should make an exception since it wasn't that far off of 30days and all the inconvenience it had cause me. A woman approached the register and told me she couldn't give me a refund because I had passed the 30 day window I told her I understood that and explained all the inconvenience I had to go through and that I couldn't make it any sooner because I had surgery and that's another reason why I purchased online. Her response to me was you could have had a friend or relative help you out and return the item and get you a refund in a timely manner. I honestly don't think she thought it through before she opened her mouth! I payed with a credit card! Would they have given just anyone I sent my money back??? That woman was a real idiot because of her reasoning she only gave me store credit. I asked her for her name and position, she refused asking me what I needed her name for so I told her to put in a complaint on you. She than replied I don't feel comfortable giving you my name and I don't have to since it's store policy and every store has there own policy. I honestly don't know where Hollister gets these people from! and why there not required to give there name. How is a customer supposed to complain if they have a bad experience with a certain individual that needs to be addressed? Hollister company needs to do better!!!

Had the most unpleasant experience at this location tonight. The store is open until 8pm but customers are not allowed to try on clothes because the fitting rooms are closed at 7pm because “the stuff would have to stay longer to clean up the fitting rooms.”We asked the manager to open it up, that’s the reason we came to the location instead of buying the items online. The manager was very unwelcoming and rude. We ended up not buying the items because of the way she welcomed us in the store. The worst customer service experience we’ve ever had

Unorganized inventory and unhelpful staff took 30 min to find 1 item in my size so I couldn't even enjoy the sale. Terrible experience

I love Hollister this location is pretty big too normally big selection. I personally just love their jeans and always great deals and good selection of cuts and sizes. I've noticed one major issue with their jeans and that is the sizing. Compared to many other brands, they run very small but its really just a number so i can hardly complain. It's always worth it just to look
