There was definitely a need for some restocking as it definitely had a "picked over" vibe with many areas and shelves empty/sparse.
Still found a nice sheet set. Just not sure if the prices are what they used to be...I bought the queen sheet set for $35...that seems on par with online pricing and not a super deal like Homegoods used to be.

The manager working there is very rude. She didn't want to make a return, she said the purchase was used, but it wasn't.

the girl Lupe at the counter at check out was so incredibly rude. Every little thing I said , not even to her, she made nasty faces at me. Then she gave me judging face for not donating , she even asked me 3 times. I was just shopping with my mom and having a good day - but what kind of person is this to be so obnoxious. Mind your business! Hire happy people please! I’m appalled

I love going to homegoods , but today my experience was not that great! The cashier was so rude! She was upset at the fact that she had to do “her job” she was not having it when I told her I had a return . She said “ no I can’t do it right now because other wise I have to start again”, but I told her I wanted to used my credit towards my new purchase and that triggered her! At the end she did it and I did not see her struggle! Her name is Lupe. These type of people just makes me not want to shop at their location.

My first time in a home goods and it was a very pleasant experience.As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted politely by as associate and asked if she could help me. The place was busy and filled with people but not in an inconvenient way. There were loads of really nice merchandise, I almost immediately found this little wooded fox, perfect gift item.
I'll definitely go again.

Hate writing reviews like this but an interaction with a "Manager" should not go this way..
Cashier offered 10% off for a damaged item we wanted, Manager named Karen refused to apply the discount and said "I can glue it here if you want".. we then asked if she had a hot glue gun, which is what that material needed to be repaired, and she said no. And proceedes to refuse the damaged discount we were already offered by the cashier. It's literally $2.. so it isn't about the amount but the principle of it all. Arguing with someone over this is W I L D. I spent $216 and wanted a pretty standard 10% off a DAMAGED item... so weird. Never again.
