Jane's Hallmark Shop is one of the few Hallmark stores left in the northern Chicago area. The store is well stocked with an incredible variety of gift items for just about any occasion, from cards to ceramics, plush toys, ornaments, and unusual items not typically found elsewhere. Customers can always find something to give or use themselves. The store offers a great selection, including seasonal items and cool merch, and provides services like free ship-to-store for online orders. While some find the cards nice but expensive, others appreciate the large and humorous card selection. The staff is generally described as very helpful, welcoming, and nice, though some older employees can occasionally be snippy. The store is organized, sometimes has items on sale, and remains a beloved destination for unique gifts.
