By far the best LV location in the Chicagoland area. The staff was attentive, kind, and helpful. I have had negative experiences at other locations, so coming here was a nice surprise. I will drive out of my way to come to this location from now on!

Terrible service, I dreamed about this bag all my childhood, reading Brand's story and watching many shows, and then my bag simply deteriorated from a drop of rain, although the consultant never pointed this out when purchasing, and I have already come three times and every time I was disappointed they just blow it off, seeing you off with an angry face

I came in today with my parents to give my mom the experience of purchasing her first ever luxury brand item, and I must say this location left her feeling absolutely incredible! Mia was our sales associate; she was kind and encouraging towards my mom to look at all her options, she showed us every item we considered and offered to take a few pictures of me with my parents! Mia, thank you for everything, the smile and joy my mom left with is truly something I will never forget. ❤️

I am soooo happy they opened a new louis vuitton in old orchard! this mall has been needing some new stores in it for some time and I'm here for the revamp! The store is like a smaller boutique style but none the less comes with great selection and the decor is beyond cute! I worked with Frank who was super sweet and provided amazing customer service! I'm here for this new location and 200% beats driving all the way to Northbrook! Love it!

First time we visited the said place. We felt welcome and positive vibes inside the store from the security officer, manager, & client advisors.Frankie, one of the client advisors took care of my concerns on LV purchased items. He's polite, professional and well explained of some of my queries no sugar coating. Satisfied of customer service. Thank you for your help.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at the Louis Vuitton store in Old Orchard Skokie, IL.my wife and I went to the store to purchase a purse for her. She had just lost her mother, and I wanted to do something nice for her to help her feel better. We were approached by a salesperson who showed my wife a purse that she liked. However, she was hesitant to buy it because of the price. I told her to get it because I wanted to buy it as a gift for her.The salesperson was very persuasive. He appealed to our emotional side by telling us how he understood what we were going through. He also told us that we could return the bag within 30 days if we changed our minds. We were feeling vulnerable, and we were easily persuaded. We bought the bag.I went to the store to return the bag. I told the salesperson that my wife had changed her mind. He refused to give me a refund. He said that because we had carried the bag out of the store, it was no longer in resalable condition. I told him that we had not worn the bag, and that it was in perfect condition. He refused to listen.I asked to speak to the store manager. The salesperson refused to call her. I insisted, and he finally called her over. The store manager was very rude. She refused to give me her name or the name of the salesperson. She told me that the policy was that once a bag is carried out of the store, it cannot be returned. I told her that I had been lied to by the salesperson, and that I wanted to speak to his supervisor. She refused to tell me his supervisor's name or when he would be in.I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at Louis Vuitton Old Orchard Skokie, IL. I feel that I was lied to and taken advantage of. I am requesting a full refund for the purse. I am also requesting that the salesperson and store manager be disciplined for their unprofessional behavior.

Wow, all I can say, I went to exchange a gift I had purchased for a friend, after receiving feedback he wouldn't like it I tried to exchange for a more mute hate, and while my inital experience with the original sale associate was pleasant. The exchange was not. I asked for options with minimal logo and all black. I was brought to options and asked to see it on a males head, the security at that location decided to make a joke with the sales associate, who was a tall Indian guy it seems and say.. "you can't afford both?" The sales associate decided to chuckle and laugh, so I said instead of exchanging. I would just like to return this item that's not even for me lol. I don't boast about my money but I can afford that and most of the store, I just don't like anything in there to buy I'm barely convincing myself he likes one hat let alone both of them, but how tacky and disrespectful that was, I went ahead to took my little 1k purchase else where because you don't treat anyone like that spending money in your store lol. I'm actually shocked Louis woukd hire someone who makes remarks like that out loud lol. They are pretty rigorous in training. Never ever go to this one.

Their mistake was that they mixed up a pair of shoes by putting different models with different sizes in one box. It was a gift and the manager told me that they tried to contact me but the truth is that no one tried, because the person wrote my number and email address completely wrong. The gift was unwrapped in front of people, and even that didn't make them feel guilty. It's a huge brand and they say it's human mistake , but you don't care how the person felt after the gift was ruined! Manager said she could give us perfume samples!!! Do you really think you can treat your customers like this???!!! These samples are placed in Sephora absolutely free, and you work in a store of a popular brand that has world fame!!! This issue should be decided in a different way! Terrible service!!! After that, I no longer want to buy anything! Do not recommend!
