lululemon, founded in Vancouver in 1998, makes technical athletic apparel for yoga, running, dancing, and other activities. All locations have strong ties to their local communities. The store was clean and organized, though it can get very busy, with long lines at the registers. The atmosphere can be filled with holiday excitement. The staff is generally efficient, helpful, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, often knowing exactly what customers are asking for to provide a smooth, easy, and quick experience. An employee was incredibly helpful and kind to a first-time shopper. Another staff member immediately stopped to assist with a pickup, resulting in a purchase in less than five minutes. This exceptional and friendly customer service can turn a potentially stressful outing into a truly enjoyable, delightful, and stress-free experience. However, one interaction with an associate was awkward and not welcoming, making a customer feel they were causing an inconvenience. Overall, many customers report a great experience and state they will definitely be going back again.
The employees at this location are very helpful and kind! I had an easy and stress free shopping experience, definitely my favorite store of the Chicagoland locations :)

This location has some interesting workers. I came in and the line was long so I asked an associate if I had to wait in the line because I had an online order. He looked at me like I was causing him an inconvenience and said no you don’t. The interaction was very awkward. It was not welcoming at all.
