This Macy's is okay by me the staff was great and helpful and they had deals deals deals 👍 and surprise surprise snow white pop up who just happened to be right outside of Macy's I had to get a picture they were just finishing and on there way to Seattle but my neise would have loved to play in this cute juste cute .

A warning to parents and children. Don't leave your children unattended. There is a young man dressed in baggy clothes lurking in the Macy's at the Old Orchard Mall. He was lurking in the plus size women's area on the 2nd floor. He was pretending to look through the clothes while eyeballing a 10 year old girl with her mother. When the mother noticed him staring at her she grabbed her daughter and was able to leave the store safely. Be careful.

Cora was extremely helpful in the jewlery department. We were completely ignored by other staff in other departments. The other staff were not even half as friendly as Cora!

I had a very disappointing experience at shoe department name due to the behaviour of the manger Christopher he was rude, unhelpful and had a terrible attitude instead of assisting customers he made the experience unpleasant someone in a managerial position should be professional and customer friendly but that was not the case here I would not recommend dealing with him at all.

In terms of Macys across the US this one is well staffed and people are more willing to check and see if you need help than other Macys. It was very well staffed for returns during the holidays.
