This is the second location of marshalls that refused to let me return or exchange an item with receipt because of some uncontrollable flaw. One coat in which the zipper broke in less than 24 hrs. Now a dog coat that has a fur collar. I spent time and took off dog hair after trying it on my dog for 10 min but hard to distinguish that from the coat collar fake fur that also sheds. I had the receipt and wanted to exchange for larger size. They refused because of a few strands of fur, most of which was white collar fur
I admit I initially thought it fit ok and took off tags. But IMO this is all part of figuring out if something fits. I was looking at more holiday gifts there, but now *I* refuse. If a store is going to be so nitpicky, just make sales final and don't waste people's time!!

There is no variety or quantity in sets for single beds, there are always other sizes but not singles.

BEWARE OF THIS MARSHALLS. I bought a pair of shoes that were slingback but the slingback was broken when I went to wear them. They were never worn, had the tag on and with no receipt REFUSED to credit or refund. I shop at this brand all the time and spend a lot of money. Along with other tjmaxx brands. This was my first attempt at a return and based on the refusal I'll never spend a penny with them again. Short sighted with zero customer service.

The store is Overall good. Xavier at the cashier is Professional, nice and efficient.

I went to the store this morning a little bit after 9:30am. The automatic entrance door didn’t open when I stepped in front of it. So I waved to the window and a lady with blonde hair and a mask opened the door for me, but instead of saying hello she said “just push the door open.” I said I thought it’s an automatic door, she went “you’re blocking the door!” OMG, the automatic door was not working by itself, I don’t think I’m supposed to push it open, and for gods sake I didn’t block anyone or anything. Why was this lady being so mean and grumpy to a customer at the fresh beginning of day, if you hates your job then go find another one, don’t dump your attitude to other people.
