I rented a unit to store my belongings for a couple months in between college apartments and it could not have been a smoother experience! Jose and Vincent were both super nice and helpful throughout, answering any questions I had and making the process very simple. Everything was always very clean and it was also super easy to move in and out using the indoor loading bays, elevators, and push cart dollies provided. Would definitely recommend!

The manager, Vincent, is friendly, kind, and understanding! He made me feel at ease and fully explained the rental and showed me the facilities. I had a great experience. The building is very clean and access is easy, including indoor bays to unload in during inclement weather.

Truly the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I was treated with so much kindness, patience, respect, and helpfulness that I decided to pay a higher price for the rental since I value human courtesy and reliability. There's definitely cheaper places out there, but you get what you pay for. This facility is flawlessly clean, quiet, and a cool temperature.

Clean, nice indoor to load the only thing wish you will be open till 12:00am at least many of us have business that need to drop off equipment to storage after 9:00pm witch is when you close.
