This Walmart is ALWAYS filthy. And the bathrooms are DEPLORABLE! Ripped hair all over the floor, feces smeared. Caked up rotted food on the floors. Disgusting.

Not sure why they continue to steal from their customers. It's marked $4.98... then you go up to check out and it rings up $6.98. No... they didn't give a price adjustment because... that's only for the non-diet version. However, when you get the non-diet version it also comes up at $6.98. So no... I did not get my pop today. They know what they are doing. I even went back to talk to someone about, and a lady said she was wondering the same thing. I can deal with over paying for stuff... but what I can't deal with in them knowing they have it priced wrong, and refuse to fix it.

I have mixed feelings about this Walmart. It's our neighborhood store, closer than the one down down the street in Niles so I never need to go there anymore. This one is also a SuperWalmart so it's super convenient, yet it's always crowded! And I do mean crowded, especially the parking lot, which tends to be a zoo. They allocated soooo many sports for curbside pickup all around and on tbe side, way more than handicapped spaces, yet I hardly ever see people in their cars waiting for their items to be brought out. So either people are all going in to pick up their online orders or thus system just is not working. Either way, parking is the worst here!! They do have a decent selection, the low prices you'd expect, and I love all of the self-service checkouts! On both sides! Gets us out a lot faster. So there's that.

I came here to get a replacement battery for my key fob. My cars dash has been showing me that the key fob had a low battery. I went to Batteries + Bulbs. They told me it would be $18. I have 2 key fobs so that would have been $36 (before tax). That seemed way to excessive so I declined. Today I went to Walmart to see if they had my battery for my key fob a CR 2032. I found a 4 pack of Duracell Batteries for $11.74 (before tax). I'm so glad I thought of going to see if they carried my battery. Not only did I pay 1/3 the amount @ Walmart that Batteries & Bulbs was charging but I have 2 extra batteries for future use

They are unmanaged. They don't answer the phone. They do not respond to delivery inquiries. They misrepresent delivery status. 1 out of 2 deliveries from them go over 2 hours late and then they don't answer the phone. Even their Corporate Customer Service says they can't get the Skokie Walmart to answer the phone for them! I expect this location to close soon. It's sad.

I actually really like this Walmart. Good prices, lots of self check out stations, awesome gluten free section, etc. The fifth star that's missing is for the parking lot. Walmart dropped the ball big time. There are like 30 or maybe more "reserved" spots for store pickup. They put those spots in the front of each row of the parking lot. Here's why that's dumb:A) if someone ordered all their stuff online to come pick up, have them park further back so an employee can take all their stuff to them further back. B) why should people walking into the store have to park further back? Just because someone isn't handicapped doesn't mean they can walk farther than they prefer. Being a fat guy, I don't want to be forced to exercise. IN ADDITION, as most of you know by now, I am my mom's primary caregiver. She has Alzheimer's disease. Even though she doesn't have a physical handicap, it's a lot more stressful to walk with her from far af away from the door. We park in the reserved. We go to Walmart about 3 times a month at the least. I think they owe it to me to let me park in a store pickup spot. Besides, when will 30 people lazy enough to order online actually drive to pick up as opposed to having it delivered? Love you.

Shopping at Walmart used to give me a headache. It's the primary reason I have not shopped there in a decade. (There were a handful of times I shopped online because their Simparica Trio is cheaper than veterinary offices.) My reasons before were 99% related to an oil change at one of the SouthSide Chicago locations, but I won't get into that since this is a totally different store. What I will say is after cutting up my RED card after being a loyal Target customer since 2014, I needed to find another retail store that had the same items from there for reasonable rates. While fruit stores and other grocery stores had most items, there were very specific items (ex. a brand of dog food) that only seemed to be at Walmart and Target. While social media jokes are constantly made about "shopping at Walmart," I have to give this place a lot of credit. All I saw were employees working, including dutifully organizing carts in the parking lot. But I give MAJOR props to your pickup team. Unlike at Target on Peterson, this location did not give me any trouble for bringing my dog along. Even the customers left me alone (minus one creepy girl who I ignored) and just let me stand in place waiting for my curbside pickup. The employee couldn't find me at first, so he called and asked was I "the lady with the little dog." I was so focused on the parking lot that I saw him when he walked by with a wagon but didn't think he was my pickup person. That's when I realized Walmart has a designated pickup area that is FAR more comfortable to stand in instead of the entrance (and away from incoming and exiting customers). I had a second pickup, so I hung around a few more minutes for that one too. The employee (forgot to check his name tag, but he's about 5'10-6'0, slim build, lighter skinned, lots of curly black hair, looks sorta like a Romanian associate of mine) was pleasant, professional and friendly both times. Although I am cognizant that everyone doesn't like dogs and made sure to distance the two during pickup, she didn't even bark. Just sniffed his shoes (before I pulled her back) and looked at him. I wish I remembered his name so I could compliment him to management. Great job overall. If I had known how organized and stress-free the pickup process was at this Walmart location, I would've come here a long time ago! When my Shipt membership expires, I may buy your delivery service for the winter months. Thanks a million.

I hardly ever go to Walmart tbh, but I went in to buy a power surge protector. This locations parking lot is way too small. And not the fault of the store but the people driving in the lot need to relax and chill and drive safer. Driving in that lot is dangerous. Be careful. People going too fast and not yielding. Now on to my shopping experience. I went into the store with no basket cause I did not need one, I was only getting one item. I went to the area where the electrical surge protectors were and picked it up then decided to look at some other things. Then I get an urgent email from work so I'm standing there answering my email and get interrupted by a worker. I don't old them I'm just browsing and went back to answering my email then walked around a little more then there was what appeared to be a security person following me rather closely. This to me is absolutely unacceptable behavior by the staff. I have no plan or need to steal an item. I do not appreciate being targeted by some security person, that is most likely following a bias of some sort. They obviously need some retraining or something. I purchased my item at the register and out of all the people leaving the store they stop me and ask for the receipt. Need less to say I almost screamed at the lady at the door but held it in and gave a smile and said thank you. I was not mad at the door lady but it was the stress and aggravation leading up to leaving the store. I will never set foot in this store again. I should have just went right to the return area and returned the item. Based on how this store made me feel and the anxiety it caused I don't think I will go to any Walmart store again. One would think since you are not stealing you have no feeling about it, well you do, it's invasive and for someone with anxiety causes a distress.I get that maybe there is a theft issue or something at this location but I think you can do a much better job at watching people. I'm sure all this type of thing is done in all stores but the big differentiator between them and this one is you don't notice it, and it does not interrupt your shopping experience. I had planned on making more than one purchase in the store today but I did not feel comfortable being in there anymore and checked out. Overall horrible experience.

Plenty of parking Plenty of activity and people shopping. Flower bundles are buy (3) three get each bundle of flowery joy for ($5) five dollar each. Which would bring that transaction to a total bill of fare of ($15) fifteen US dollars: trick roller. No Food stamps nor EBT gonna pay for flower decorations; silly rabbit. They have organic lemons: FYI. They have (10) ten non-organic limes for ($10) ten dollar total plus city, state and federal tax: FYI. The Shopping Cart I had was very easy mobility compared to the neighborhood grocery chains shopping carts nearby. Literally, at this one grocery store chain store off (well rather on) Chicago Avenue; I straight-up was not even able to front cool enough with the challenged left-front wheel aggravating off-tempo jank jank sound and twack pulse it was jiving my way. I switched carts faster then (40) forty oz; that's (40) forty feet; not yards ya homies know I speak truth.

Used to go here over the other one west on Touhy. Now they changed many handicapped spots to security since it has many thefts. And also near the store curbside pick up spots. Recently there was a homeless man sleeping on a handicapped mobility cart. I bought several items. One chicken broth carton I found out when I got it home had a broken security inner seal. Total waste. Check your items as you add to your cart. While I was there an elderly man with a cart lost his footing and fell back with a worker standing right there. She did go help him back up with another customer who ran over. The one manned checkout had a customer with two carts forcing everyone to use the growing sections of self checkout. If you are handicapped, go elsewhere.

This is a large Walmart super center. It is not very different than others Walmart stores, just big.

Plenty of self check outs now! Very organized location. Don't expect the workers to be around, and if you do happen to find one, they're most likely not going to speak perfect English which can get them and you by.

Whoever the "lady" I just talked to on the phone with, had a maaajor attitude and was extremely stupid. I asked how much a SIM card was, NOT the service card you dummy. HOW do you work in a specific department and not know the DIFFERENCE between 2 different products, is beyond me. Must have flunked 3rd or 4th grade.

Store very well clean organized and shelves were full and they were refilling yourself as well people are very polite greet you when you come in and had sanitize shopping carts waiting for you. The prices are cheap here and the milk is more inexpensive than Aldi. The parking lot is always crowded, however, I can understand why given that the prices are hard to beat so everybody comes here. I have always felt comfortable buying all different types of things in the store. There's always an interesting mix of people that come here.
