Ordered the cookie G4 with the orange visor. I tried the helmet on and it was too small. Was told to ship it back on my dime. Once they got it supposedly it was no longer in brand new condition. Which it was never jumped. I swapped the visor out before even trying the helmet on cause that’s the one I was gunna use. Once back in their hands they kept an additional 60 dollars due to what they deemed not in new condition. Loss of almost 150 cause the helmet didn’t fit. Poor company. Idc how many 5 stars they have. I order from revzilla all the time and if something is bad they pay for shipping both ways…

Super helpful place. I was referred here by a scuba shop to make a modification to my BCD and they really helped me out, custom making a solution with their supplies and knowledge.

Great place, very helpful. They have more items in stock than any other place within 100 miles of my house. Drove down to pick up my G4 and will be back to pick up another soon.

I recently purchased an Ares II altimeter from Para Gear. The altimeter itself was in perfect condition, but the mount was torn. I emailed Para Gear and Maureen reached out to me within 24hrs . A new mount was shipped to me at no charge immediately. Customer service was both timely and efficient! Looking forward to buying more gear from Para Gear in the future

Worst customer service experience ever.I wanted to make a change at the address a couple minutes after the order because I find out that there was a mistake and they replied to me that the can't change it and I have to figure it out by myself. Extremely rude,untrained and no idea of customer experience. I will never order again

I've ordered a handful of supplies from paragear and have always been pleased with the products I received. Recently, I ordered a ring sight mount for my helmet. Out of four different online skydiving stores, paragear had the best options available and beat the competitions prices by 20%. This was an immediate sale in my eyes, cant wait to get my new camera helmet setup! Thank you.
