NEVER GET DOG GROMED HERE. I have taken my Aussie to many groomers over the last 12 years - the good ones have told me you never use a razor on an Aussie. i had no one call me before they butchered my dog. I'll let the pictures tell the rest - and my dog was shaved over half his body to the skin in February in Chicago. no idea how to groom.

I stopped in for the muffin man's Royal Canin kibble. They had several bags, but not the breed for MM and his niece. Too bad. That means trudging out to another store in the inclement weather.

Spent $90 and my dog looks terrible. I know many owners may say their dogs are brushed but my dog was truly brushed and not matted. He had some small knots on his bum but they shaved him to the skin, in the winter in Chicago. His face trim was also bad and his ears look like they just hacked off the bottom. My previous experience with Eric was amazing but the female groomer has made my dog look completely unrecognizable.

The associate who checked out my items was extraordinarily helpful and patient. She went above and beyond to make sure that my transaction was a success. I was trying to use a coupon that wouldn't scan on my phone and she handled the process professionally and patiently. I will definitely be back to this location. Thank you so much for making this such a positive experience!

I really like the staff and the groomers. My only gripe is they constantly move stock around & get new brands. Most likely corporate rules not the management.Parking lot can get crazy during peak time.

I live and work about 10 - 15 minutes from 3 Petco locations. One location is very small (it was relocated to this smaller location years ago). I rarely go there. Low stock/inventory is one issue. The other issue is when I ordered Same Day Delivery, they delivered TWICE to the wrong address and left the half open bag outside. Another time, they said they delivered my items, but they were for someone else - for a pet I couldn't even use. Thanks Petco on Western Ave in Chicago. I frequently use Petco in Skokie and Glenview. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Lack of stock is not an issue I have encountered there consistently like Western Ave. I have been going to Petco for years. I took a dog to play classes there. I enrolled in puppy training with another dog. I may enroll again as there trainer's are the only thing I am completely satisfied with.

Cashier was very helpful in helping me to sign in to get my free bag of food. Very friendly. Store was spotless and employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I always shop at this location
