I booked an appointment incorrectly online (completely my fault) and forgot to add a cut to my dog who needed a cut before I left for vacation tomorrow. They didn’t have time to do her cut but were SOOO considerate and understanding when I said I needed to cancel. They told me to call the Evanston location (which was able to fit in for a cut) and was so nice the entire time. Mind you, the woman I was canceling with was the person who would be doing her appointment. Thank you Danielle J for being so sweet and understanding about my mistake. Will definitely be back!

I took our puppy in Saturday for a trim and nail cut. Her nails were so sharp, when she jumped on my boyfriend she cut his skin where you can see the meet. I have punshere marks all over my legs. When I went to take her for a walk afterwards she cowered and pulled back in fear when I went to put in her leash.she was petrified.

I took my very crazy pomsky to get groomed and I was skeptic about the PetSmart team being able to manage him, well I was completely blown away, AsH killed it I don’t think your average groomer could handle quite a task. She was very knowledgeable, and obviously very experienced I would urge you to give her a chance if they can handle my dog they can handle anything!

Today, I have a wonderful experience at Petsmart Touhy, Skokie. I intended to buy some fish for my aquatic fish tank. The young lady is super helpful. I share with her that I would like to buy about 10 of the fish, then she ask me about my fish tank, how big it is, and how many fish already in there. After I share with her, she strongly recommend that I should only buy 3 more so that the fish can live healthy without too crowded. I asked should I buy 3 more, she simply replied "No" with a smile. Even she is a staff at Petsmart, but she really earn my respect and trust for a thoughtful employee. Definitely I will comeback very often and recommend everyone that I know for this Petsmart location.

We brought my pittie Delilah there for a pamper day with Anna. Anna did a fantastic job and I have never seen my dog so relaxed after her time there. I highly recommend Anna and this PetSmart. There is one a couple of blocks away from us but I will go out of my way to bring Delilah back there again:)

We bring our dog Willow to this PetSmart to have her nails done. Bree, Nick, and Daniel have all been wonderful when we’ve come here. She was a little scared at first and they’ve gone above and beyond to be sure she feels comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Don't trust this place with your pets. They are not profesionals. I brought my cat here for grooming, and one hour later, they called me to say that my cat bit one of the girls, and they didn't bathe him. I had to go and pick my baby up, and they returned my cat pooped and peed inside of his carrier. He was panicked. Poor my baby, aren't they supposed to use safety gear or something??? The lady seemed careless. I'll never come back.

Twice I made appointment for cat's nails trimming and twice it was not kept. That required to drive twice in vein.
